Helados Pozzetti — Restaurant in San Sebastián

Firstly, average standard of gelato/ice cream in San Sebastian is higher than most cities ..... this place surpasses the standard for creative delicious flavour combinations e.g. grilled pineapple with ginger, blackberry and yusu.... plus it's not too sweet and you can tell they use quality ingredients! The chocolate is richly divine without being too sweet ... the cocoa used is high quality and for the chocolate connoisseurs out there... you need to give it a go! It's difficult to settle for other places after coming here! The cone is also yummy, crunchy and fresh! I hope they do an anis/liquorice mint flavour at some point!...

Unfortunately, the experience was disapponting even though we really liked the ice cream. All flavours we tried were super good, probably one of the best pistaccio ice creams we have ever had. Unfortunately, there was only one person from the staff in the shop. He was visibly sweating, was confused where which ice cream is, did not wear gloves or washed his hands one while touching cash, cones, etc. He seemed to be super stressed and we felt sorry for him. The payment terminal did not work but luckily we had some cash. There were almost no chairs in the shop, and it wasn’t...

So good! We stumbled upon this place just walking by and plan to go back again tomorrow to try new flavors! You can tell Borja focuses on the highest quality. He works so hard and is proud of his product, in good right! I had the straciatella and Nutella which were such a perfect combination— it ended up tasting like chocolate cake in gelato form! And my husband hand the pistachio and coffee, which were both so flavorful! The pistachio is so nutty and smooth. And the coffee had a splendid flavor. We can’t...
