We had family in town and decided to try Lua Bistro. I am so glad we did! The meal started with a tomato and cheese appetizer that set the tone for the rest of the experience. My sister-in-law and I ordered the skirt steak. It was amazing and came with a carrot side on a bed of something super tasty (not sure what that sauce was but it was great!). Bringing a few touches of international influences to basque products. Everything is delicious and made with great care, but the arepitas, pasta, and the vegetable dishes that change with the season, deserve special mention. As does their wine list which has a nice little selection of natural wines that go very well with the food.
Drop in for a vermouth and a small bite or make a reservations for a full meal, you won’t be...
