Disappointed and Misled ! I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this one really deserved it. I ordered a pint of Brewdog and was served what was clearly a much smaller (plastic) glass (see picture)— no explanation, no apology, and definitely not a full pint. When I asked :"are you sure this is 50cl", the waiter just shrugged it off like it was normal. (So clearly not a "mistake") and for a price of 11€50 !!
It's one thing to charge premium prices, but serving short measures and hoping customers won’t notice is dishonest. You're a bar — serving proper measures is the bare minimum.
Plenty of great places nearby that respect their customers. I won't be coming back, and I suggest others double-check their glass size...
Read moreBy far the best bar we visited - loved it so much, we went back every day during our holiday. The decor is well thought out, the ambiance is the chilled out vibe we were looking for, away from the chaos of the main strip. Drinks are reasonably priced and the staff take pride in their service to customers. We reserved a table for the sunset and it was beautiful - just as beautiful as Café Mambo due to the vantage point. Enjoyed a variety of drinks - from well valued house wine to cheap beer to Sangria and some other cocktails (plenty to choose from). Would love to visit again next time. Thank you to the staff for making our holiday even...
Read moreInitially popped in to admire and indulge in the absolutely outrageous array of Belgian beers, only to be greeted by the most amazing smiles and service from the guy and girl behind the bar as well as the owner.
The location is perfect, panoramic views of the bay and the hills, you really can sit here all day.
The quality of the beer and service cannot be done justice by five stars, I would give many many more if Google allowed it.
The guys indulged me in practicing my basic Spanish and simultaneously conversed with me in their incredibly good English.
Yeah what more can I say other than thank you for the great time!
Thank you...
