SunSeaBar — Restaurant in Sant Antoni de Portmany

We visited this restaurant while on holiday for a hen do, having booked in advance and made it clear to the sales team that it was a special occasion. We were assured we would receive preferential service, but the experience was anything but.

Our group was served well after people who arrived after us, and shockingly, several meals and drinks were completely forgotten. By the time some of us received our food, others had already finished eating. At no point did staff offer a sincere apology or any kind of resolution for the poor service.

What should have been a fun and celebratory evening turned into a frustrating and disjointed experience. For a venue that promised to cater for special occasions, the lack of organization and customer care was really disappointing. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this place for group events or anyone expecting...

Waited an hour and 20 for 3 frozen pizza and potato wedges with ketchup (titled on the menu as patatas bravas on the menu). Spoke to the manager whose English was perfect until I mentioned compensation. The excuse was that too many people ordered pizza at the same time. We ordered just before 10pm and from what we could see, most people were either finishing meals or drinking cocktails. We were only offered 10% off the bill. Our dog even spat out the pizza offered to her. At least that provided a bit of entertainment. Yes the nearby bars are more expensive but the food is freshly made and more palatable. Dont be deceived by the offers on the billboard. Sunseabar apparently...

Wow, just wow!! Walking past this place you may think it looks a bit expensive however please do not walk away from this place. Its AMAZING!!! not only they have the best staff Axel, they have the most amazing food and amazing chef and the prices are cheap for what you get!!. They have a pool and you can use it while you eat, have a few cocktails watching the beautiful sunset. I have never bothered too much in reviewing places however this was a must!!! Please pop in and just enjoy your time there believe me you would go back for more as we did this weekend. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality and i will see you...
