The place seems to be very nice and the food looks nice 👍 the prices are normal for a tourist city like this but portions are not balanced. We ordered Wok and Cannelloni which Wok was a normal portion for one person and Cannelloni looked like a bigger starter dish despite the higher price than my Gfs Wok dish…

Definitely they pay attention for presentation and taste. Food was nice and the others people food looked also very nice and I believe was very tasty 🙏 the lemonade is way too strong and a touch of sugar won’t hurt or less Lemon 😆🤟

I had to let them know that we are here waiting to be taken to the table 2x which was a bit strange then the waitress seemed to Have a bit of strange attitude but maybe it was just my impression. The guys doing good job there but I would rethink a portion of cannelloni 🤷‍♂️🤣

I think the office table in the middle of the dining room ruins completely the atmosphere inside… also you should have English menu you guys aren’t a small town place inside a countryside area… you’re a restaurant in touristic city in the the proper vacation island 🤣🤟 there is no exception you guys don’t use English because you’re Spanish country also lady was not very helpful with translating the manu she just left it on the table and said no we have no english menu 😀 that’s why I give you guys less stars also I don’t like your answers you’re working in the service business you’re there to serve and provide you’re not making a thing for customers so they can come to you and you can relatively serve them because they want it… it doesn’t work that way… you got to respect people and cannot ask customers to leave because you have another reservation or they didn’t let you know that there is less people coming… this is the business and you have to accept it I do this for almost 30yrs and customers are...

The food here was more creative than the other vegan/vegetarian (this place is vegetarian) places we found in Santa Cruz. The menu was not mostly burgers, for a pleasant change. Unfortunately, the food could have been tastier. I had a salad dish with seared eggplant slices, pickled mushrooms, pimentos, some smoked cheese cubes and greens (I don’t remember the name of the dish). The eggplant slices were too tough and the salad needed some kind of oomph, zest, something was missing. The smoked cheese pieces were tasty. So, it was more or less OK, but not great. My spouse had the Thai wok dish that had noodles and some veggies and tofu and enjoyed it. I had a nice size cup of green tea with mint, and my spouse had an americano. The service was good. We ate outdoors, and the tables are set up on what is a narrow street that seems to have been turned into an outdoor eating area with umbrellas, but I wouldn’t call it pretty. Me apena poner este comentario pues hay muy pocos restaurantes veganos en el centro de la ciudad y la comida está buena y de calidad adecuada, pero después de acudir en varias ocasiones, casi desde su apertura, ver como la RELACIÓN CANTIDAD/PRECIO de la ración MENGUA progresivamente y tras el incidente de hoy dudo que regrese (35 minutos de espera a pesar de tener reserva, trato inaceptable para finalmente comer en otro restaurante). 1.Menú de escasa diversidad y poca variabilidad en el tiempo; prácticamente casi la misma carta desde su apertura. 2.Local acogedor pero pequeño, con lo cual se llena fácilmente. A pesar del escaso número de mesas tienen mala organización, o poco personal, para atender a los comensales. 3.Personal poco resolutivo (obviamente no todos). En ocasiones se demoran en exceso atendiendo a los clientes y además el trato por parte de algunos “profesionales” es impropio, carente de empatía, de cordialidad y de profesionalidad. 4.Es absurdo reservar porque a pesar de tener reserva te hacen esperar en exceso y no te atienden debidamente. Si estás vacunado frente al COVID19 ni siquiera te ofertan la terraza, te asignan directamente interior sin ni siquiera ofrecerte asiento en una mesa exterior, sin explicaciones y con imposición; te preguntan en varias ocasiones por tu estado de vacunación, pero no por tus preferencias de mesa. Hoy mismo nos fuimos sin almorzar tras 35 MINUTOS DE ESPERA A PESAR DE TENER RESERVA y de que había 2 MESAS LIBRES en la terraza sin limpiar, por supuesto no ofrecieron asiento en ningún momento, y cuando por fin nos atienden nos asignan una mesa en interior. A pesar de comunicarle la preferencia por una mesa en exterior, dado la disponibilidad en dicho momento, el camarero impone mesa en interior alegando que esas mesas son para futuros clientes sin proponer solución alternativa, con tono imperativo disciplinante y carente de cordialidad. Durante ese tiempo pude observar que algunos comensales, de mesas diferentes, estaban algo crispados con la demora de su pedido, pensando incluso en cancelarlo, así que dado el trato recibido y viendo las carencias en atender a los clientes decidimos irnos y comer en otro...
