I had the pleasure of visiting the Museo de las Ilusiones in Tenerife, and it was an unforgettable experience! The museum is a treasure trove of optical illusions and interactive exhibits that challenge your perception and spark your imagination.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who were eager to assist and enhance my visit. Each room offered something unique, allowing for fun photo opportunities and engaging activities that captivated both adults and children alike.
The creative displays are well thought out, making it easy to get lost in the wonder of illusions. I particularly enjoyed the 3D art that creates mind-bending visuals, making it a perfect spot for memorable photos.
Overall, Museo de las Ilusiones is a must-visit if you're in Tenerife. It's not just a museum; it's an adventure that invites you to explore and enjoy the playful side of art. I can't...
Read moreThe best museum I've ever visited. It was my friend who suggested it while we were on holiday in a group of six, and I didn't really know what to expect. I was a little hesitant about the entry fee but it was truly the most value I've ever had at that kind of attraction. It's highly interactive, which suited our group well as we like making our own fun. It was like an awesome visual and mental playground for us, as well as a museum (and also a bit like a science museum).
It starts off very interesting, moves through whimsical and heartfelt, then into mind-boggling and finally the totally hilarious. A wonderful, unique experience, with knowledgeable and friendly guides (shout out to Javi, who illuminated and delighted us all with his explanations and his help getting some...
Read moreTo start off with it's a small museum. From where we were docked it took about 15 to 20 minutes to walk there. We went just after opening time. Went straight in. It's based in an iconic building where a little of that tale is told. Those familiar photos etc that you see on Facebook et al you can see similar in the museum. The staff are fabulous, they know what they are talking about and were incredibly friendly. Now yes it's small but since you interact with pretty much everything we were there about 90 mins. Took a fair few photos too yes they're allowed. There's lockers to keep stuff in as you'll want to handle things and there's lifts too We as two adults loved it. The kids should too. We paid €34 for us at the...
