Nice hotel in the heart of the city center. Everything looks new and stylish. The breakfast is very nice with freshly squeezed orange juice and smoothies. Their staff is friendly and warmhearted rooftop pool (see picture). The rooftop infinity pool is simply amazing with a great view over the city (see picture). Unfortunately, we had a bad experience due to the Melia App and how the hotel handled the situation. If you select the number of people and then select the hotel. The application will remove the children (number of adults remains the same). I didn't notice this change in the booking process (see pictures). Arriving at the hotel we were told that our room is not suitable for the baby and we have to move to another one which will be charged 10€ extra per night even though we are in their loyalty program which allows free upgrade upon availablity and goodwill). They told us only in the highest loyalty program level this would be guaranteed. Later we asked for a baby bed which they denied (not possible for our room). The bed was later supplied to the room. Their restaurant is the only one in Tenerife where they don't offer a child seat. In each restaurant and hotel we got immediately asked, if required. All in all, a good hotel but with a child would we would definitely look for alternative hotels in Santa Cruz next time.

This hotel is located in the center of Tenerife and is scheduled to open in 2024. However, the building itself appeared to be an existing one, so it may have been rebranded or renovated. The interior was clean and the decor was modern. The front desk staff were also polite, as you'd expect from a Melia hotel. I had booked a regular room, but they upgraded me to a room with a balcony free of charge. The balcony isn't very large, but it was nice to be able to enjoy the cityscape. I didn't have breakfast as I had to get up early the next morning, but overall it was a safe and comfortable hotel to stay in, and I would recommend it, especially considering the price. Room tour movie can be seen on YouTube. Search by hakurepo(泊レポ) or hotel’s name.

INNSIDE by Melia is a perfect choice for the business man for shorter or longer stays, but also the tourist, who wants to explore Tenerife. The hotel is located conveniently in the city center in a more quiet part of it. You can reach all sights and attractions easily on foot from here. The property has nice rooms with very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, minibar and safe, in contemporary design. You find here a good restaurant and bar, also an amazing rooftop bar with views about the city, the ocean and the mountains. During the day you can take a sunbath on the roof terrace and enjoy the unforgettably picturesque views from the glass pool. The staff is really polite, attentive and helpful.

Joke hotel. Don’t be fooled by the Meliá brand connection, pool closes at 4pm! Great when you can’t check in till 3 and restaurant also closes at 4.

No parking. Important for a single mother with luggage.

LIES on Website and booking.com about both.

Cheek of reception told me booking.com was clear on both. Check the small print I guess.

There are three family sized circle sunbeds. Two were shared by lots of guests. The only one in the sun was saved by the pool assistant for a single person dining alone in the restaurant. Reception were only interested of I wanted to make a complaint against the pool assistant. Not my suggestions of a sign like other hotels “Right to remove belongings from a sunbed after 30 minutes if empty

At midnight different reception staff said I could have a paid for late check out. At midday, check out time they said not available.

Perhaps a nice place for solo businessmen too busy for a nice time .. perhaps?

Also Terrible breakfast buffet. It closes at 11 which is generous, but if you arrive after 10 the staff openly tell you nothing will be replenished. But only after you have gone to pay. If they told us that before payment, ok. After some pleading, a kind waiter refilled the fruit tray. Best part of the...
