Was one of the only places open mid October in Los Gigantes. Found the staff really moody and unhelpful, took the cushions off the chairs that the children were sitting on stating that the children were wet, they were not wet, they had not been near the water all day. Thought we woukd stop here for a few drinks and games of pool. The drinks were not great and pool table was terrible, balls different sizes and damaged cues. As other eating options in the town were limited we ordered some pizzas and they were simply dry and purchased from a supermarket. Atmosphere scored low as around 8pm a singer came on that was dreadful, must have been in his 70s singing bad renditions of Johnny Cash amd Barry Manilow and telling hideous jokes, a real embarassment. Most people like us, took that as the trigger to exit swiftly, leaving this headline act to perform for the two moody waiters and an empty bar. Los gignates used to be vibrant with great entertainment and I had recommend our party make the journey there on this day, how embarassed was I when it turns out it now is a tired town full of closed down bars and entertainers, in the ones that are open, that have been rejected from butlins and benidorm. Was very sad...
Read moreSeems there's a trend here! I popped into this restaurant this morning for breakfast with my wife and 2 year old child.Firstly my wife asked for a child seat and the waiter rudely told my wife they never have children visit this restaurant so they don't need child's seats (strange as there was another British couple sitting there with a child). We where all starving so being unfamiliar with the area we ordered food, the waiter needs some customer service lessons very rude and no manners.
I will not visit this restaurant and I advised others not to either. I don't work hard to come to a family holiday to have to abide, rude and impolite waiters. This is the first time we have experienced this appalling behavior in this area so please don't let this one unprofessional restaurant spoil other places...

Everyone in there must have been 75 plus and the "entertainer" was of a similar age and to my eyes and ears he was miming most of the songs to a pre-recorded backing track and at the same time chewing gum. I feel that if they do not try and get in a slightly younger crowd the place will have no customers left in a couple of years. By the way my partner and I are in our 50s and 60s and it was far...
