El Gourmet — Restaurant in Santiago del Teide

This place might not look like much but the food is great in comparison to the price!

€3,80 for a cheeseburger, between 6-9 euros for a pizza and you for the smaller eaters, you will be able to eat from the pizza for 2 days.

Rarely had such awful food. Bruschette was kind of a pizza with ready to use pizza ground, not made fresh. Topping taste kind of unnatural sweet. Main dish was cesar salad. Salat was pre cut lettuce with deep fried Schnitztel that came frome the deep froster and cut into pieces. Sauce was a yucky ready-to-use sauce from the bottle.

Mistake I made was not to look at the pricelist before ordering. The food is so cheap that you can't expect it...

I had a ham, olive and mushroom pizza. It was a good size, thin base. €6.90

Had a gin and lemonade. Gordons gin was a double shot in a large glass. €2.90

Waitress was attentive and quick.

There are options off the menu, so look at the glass doors or ask the waitress.
