Rude Member of Staff: Why put live entertainment on and then talk loudly so your customers can’t here it? Talented young lady playing guitar and singing. Politely asked the table next to me to keep their voices down a little as their conversation was drowning out the singer. The customers opposite nodded to me in agreement. My wife Was met with the response “ I’ve never been told to shut up in my own place before darling” ! He stormed off in a mood. Kind of undermined his own argument. Quite comical really!
Hasten to add the waiting staff are excellent. Kirsty the singer was great .Perhaps the proprietor should learn some customer service skills from his own...
Read moreFood was barely acceptable - we had burgers and a chicken sallad, not very complicated dishes.
Service was friendly but sloppy; dirty cutlery at the table, was served an opened bottle of water, preparing food with gloves is good but later moved signs and accepted cash with the same gloves...doh!
They only had one person working during lunch, both taking orders, cooking, dishing etc. so it took a while.
Will not come back. Location is pretty nice - but probably better to just have drinks here.

Read moreI asked them for the cafe. They told they don’t have any. I told ah ok and after I noticed a woman who had a coffee. I asked them, that “look but why that woman has a coffee “ ? Barmen looked at very nervously and told he doesn’t has to explain why she has a coffee and I don’t.” I asked “why?” And he replied “because I’m a bar owner “. I was more than surprised, for the first time of my life I met “a costumer service like that” . I was a young mom with 2 little kids by the way....
