Pretty good service from the waitress while I have a basic level of Spanish; the restaurant was clean. The reason I leave a 1 star review (which I really don’t like to do) was I ordered a chicken burger and it came as ground (minced) chicken and was pretty much completely raw in the middle. I don’t know if this is common practice in Spain; chicken typically in every other place I’ve ever been has always been cooked thoroughly. I still paid the full bill which was pretty affordable, but after pointing this out to what I believe was the owner or manager they didn’t offer to reduce the bill etc, they offered to cook the patty more/give it another pass on the grill.
Advice to the owner/chef: stop using minced chicken and do a proper flattened chicken breast on your burgers. It will cook a lot more even, also provide more...
