My girlfriend and I ate here and had two different experiences. We both ordered a hamburger. I had fries with mine she had a salad. Service was prompt and friendly. Our waitress spoke a bit of English, and we had a google translate app. The food arrived in good time. My fries were cold, obviously not fresh. They were quickly replaced with a plate of piping hot ones. They were great. Both of our burgers were quite rare. I, being from Canada, seldom eat rare burgers. It's against our health regulations to serve them. Anyway, I was able to eat mine, it was quite tasty. My girlfriend however, was not. We asked for it to be cooked to well done. A new burger was provided, but it was still not cooked enough. A bit bloody still. Her salad came with oil and malt vinegar. It unfortunately wasn't to her liking. The waitress apologized and removed her meal from our bill. All in all, they are trying to be an American Burger place. I know we are In a Spanish speaking country, but it would be beneficial to have staff that can speak fairly good English. The atmosphere was good, like an old theatre. Good location if you staying near...
Read moreI am the first to admit that I do not like food chain restaurants but I forgot to eat all day due to a heavy work load, every one else around my hotel turned me down. I showed up 10 minutes before closing time(22:45) and the chef agreed to take my order, soon after 2 groups arrived and they got served as well. If you ever tasted Tex-Mex food this is it. There are no surprises but you know what you are getting if you ever eaten in a restaurant in the USA. I had a burrito and the brownie to go. The service is good. The booths are huge and very...
Read moreI used to love Fosters Hollywood but lately the prices have gone up and the service has gone down. That said I like the venue in Segovia as it used to be a cinema and we went there on Friday. The restaurant was quiet but no one came to take our order after a considerable amount of time. I personally think the waiter who seated us was homophobic and treated us with contempt! We felt totally humiliated and left. The good thing to come out of it was that we found a much nicer restaurant serving amazing burgers and cheaper! Never ever again will I go in a Fosters Hollywood and I’ve...
