We decided to try Restaurante La Pajarita based on a local’s recommendation. It was busy and seems to be a very popular spot with the locals. English menu was available (ask). - Tinto de verano (2,00€) - half red wine, half soft drink. Light and easy drinking. - Garbanzos con langostinos (3,50€) - prawns were overcooked, chickpeas mushy. - Albondingas de choco (3,70€) - the two squid meatballs had some breading on it. Somewhat tasted like squid. Meh. - Pincho de tortilla (3,00€) - slice of Spanish omelette. Salty. - Menudo (3,80€) - best of the tapas that we tried. Tripe pieces were decent, gritty. Didn't love the food. 2.5 stars.

My wife and I stayed down the road from Restaurante La Pajarita while visiting Sevilla and it quickly became our local. Friendly staff, warm atmosphere with locals always in attendance, great food and most importantly they were quick to pour a caña or two!
