Not recommended. We had the worst experience at this place.

We are living in Seville for a while now, but never had been to this restaurant because well, there are just so many here. Also, it seemed like one of those tourist traps where they charge 2-3x more than an good restaurant downtown for the same quality. Well, the part about the price is true, but we didn’t get to taste the food, so I can’t tell you if it’s worth it, but I will definitely never come back.

Some friends of ours that were traveling through Spain came to Seville, and we came to meet them at this place for lunch.

First, they wouldn’t let me and my wife in, because we didn’t have a reservation name for the table (our friends were already expecting us there, with a table with room for us, but they didn’t have a reservation, they just got there early and got a table). I had to call them and ask one of them to come get us at the door. I felt like I was trying to get in somewhere I shouldn’t.

Then we sat and ordered some drinks. A clearly unexperienced girl came with 3 pints of beer and a bottle of soda in a tray, hinting almost painfully she was going to mess it up, and so she did. She poured a whole pint of beer over my wife’s head, soaking her top to bottom.

Well, so far, it’s all understandable, sh*t happens, and it’s debatably expected to have training personnel in a busy day early on in the season.

What really disappointed me was our treatment afterwards. The girl was the only one to apologize and try to help, although the poor girl was pretty shook. No one else there seemed to care. Although we were on a small terrace with few tables and 2 or 3 other employees, not one single person came to her aid, she spent several minutes changing the table settings, our chairs, cleaning the floor, and then she left, not ever to come back. After another 30 minutes without service, we just went to the counter and ordered our check. Again, not a word, and they had the balls to leave the beer she dropped in the tab.

They seemed pretty happy and relieved that we were leaving, and...

Food was unpleasant and left me feeling queasy. Ribs were undercooked to the point my husband debated making himself sick because he was worried. Mushrooms in the risotto were undercooked, the menu said it came with goats cheese but it didn’t and when questioned they argued it doesn’t come with goats cheese.. take it off the menu then? They also said it would not come with pork because the people eating were vegetarian but it came with pork. Instead of apologising they tried to claim they did it so the meat eaters could take the pork. It was very clearly specified the people eating could not eat meat. Staff were miserable. We were put in a secluded room that looked like it was previously a flat kitchen. Staff kept coming in and accidentally turned the lights off. My burger was practically still moo-ing at me. If it has to be rare fine but I at least prefer it to be dead already. It was grey and disgusting looking, I couldn’t eat it. My husband finished it with just the egg and bacon, we just ditched the beef. Service charge was listed on the bill and when disputed we were not happy to pay it they claimed it was a charge for the bread they put on the table that we didn’t ask for, and only ate because we were still hungry and felt confident that wouldn’t give us food poisoning. C'est dans le quartier Triana, en bordure du fleuve Guadalquivir, à proximité du pont de Isabel 2. on a le choix entre 3 possibilités : la grande terrasse du rez-de-chaussée pour se restaurer au bord de la rivière Guadalquivir, les petites salles intérieures aux étages pour les occasions privées et la terrasse du rooftop pour y boire un verre ou s'y restaurer avec la vue sur les toits de Séville.

Le restaurant offre une cuisine méditerranéenne sur une grande terrasse au rez-de-chaussée avec vue sur la rivière, une excellente sangria et des prix convenables. Le restaurant propose des menus.

Le restaurant offre une ambiance élégante et intime. La salle intérieure est conçue pour accueillir un seul groupe privé, avec une capacité maximale de 10 personnes, offrant ainsi une expérience exclusive et personnalisée. L'atmosphère y est chaleureuse, idéale pour des repas en petit comité ou des occasions spéciales.

La terrasse sur le toit, appelée "Azotea Premium", est l'un des atouts majeurs du restaurant. Elle offre une vue panoramique imprenable sur le centre de Séville, le pont de Triana, le fleuve Guadalquivir, la Maestranza et la cathédrale de Séville. C'est l'endroit idéal pour savourer un repas ou un cocktail tout en admirant le coucher de soleil sur la ville. Il y a un ascenseur pour rejoindre la terrasse du rooftop.

J'ai apprécié la qualité de la cuisine, l'excellence du service et l'ambiance unique du lieu. Le restaurant a reçu le prix Travellers' Choice 2023, témoignant de sa popularité et de la satisfaction des clients.

La carte propose une cuisine méditerranéenne et espagnole moderne, mettant en avant des produits de saison. Parmi les plats emblématiques : "Nigiricretas" (croquettes inspirées des nigiris). Foie mi-cuit à la bière noire. Patatas trufadas con foie. Prix moyen : entre 30 € et 50 € par personne. Menu dégustation : environ 55 €, offrant un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Le restaurant est ouvert du lundi à mercredi : 13h30 - 17h00 et 19h30 - 23h00 et du Jeudi à dimanche : 13h00 - 23h30

Réservations : fortement recommandées, notamment pour les tables en terrasse avec des frais pour les tables "Premium" : 10 € par personne, non déductibles de l'addition. Politique météo : en cas de fortes pluies, les réservations en terrasse ne peuvent pas être déplacées à l'intérieur. Animaux : non admis, sauf dans les espaces extérieurs appelés "veladores".

Une réservation est vivement conseillée pour profiter pleinement de cette expérience culinaire unique.

Je recommande le restaurant Betis 7 Triana Expérience à Séville car tout est bon, la vue sur la rivière est magnifique et on y passe un bon moment.
