We stumbled into La Salina on a very busy Sunday lunch rush. Every place in the area was impossibly packed. We were able to get seating for 2 on the outside Terrace. The service was slow. There's no way around it, and it wasn't the server's fault. There just weren't enough servers for the amount of guests having lunch. The servers themselves were great and doing the best they could. However, if you are the patient type in such a rush hour scenario, the food is well worth the wait. Everything we had was perfectly cooked, full of flavor, and very freshly made. The shrimp croquetas were a stand out, as were the buñuelos de bacalao. The table right next to us ordered the chicken paella, and the smell at least was perfection. This is a must visit stop for anyone coming to Triana. Hopefully they address having enough servers around.

We made a reservation at La Salina on Saturday evening and i can tell you it was packed! I had an amazing experience at La Salina (recommended from a friend who was in Sevilla in May). The location was just breathtaking during the sunset. We had a table along the river and we enjoyed everything min of it. We ordered 4 dishes: Ceviche, patatas bravas, salmorejo and guacamole. Everything was so tasty and fresh. The plates were well decorated and original. One of the best meal i had in Sevilla. Staff was very friendly and the decor of the restaurant is very modern and sophisticated. The wine that was recommended by the waitress was just insanely good! If you have the chance, try the red wine Zancuo. You wont regret it!! I really recommend this place if you ever visit Sevilla! It’s appreciated by the locals and the tourists.

the staff were so lovely and accommodating to tourists who aren’t great at spanish, and the food was so delicious. we especially loved the russian salad and bread. after having a terrible experience at another restaurant in seville where the bread had the texture and taste of a dish sponge, i believe that the mark of a good restaurant is it’s quality of bread, which la salina definitely went over and above for. the staff were so attentive to offer us more when we ran out. the dishes were unique and delicious. could not recommend more!

This is an incredible restaurant, especially the waiters who are the soul of this restaurant. When my phone ran out of battery and turned off at night, I couldn't go home because my address is on my phone. The staff helped me recharge the battery and took the trouble to make sure I had successfully charged it. The food was also delicious, unlike anything I've ever eaten before, the food was special and the price was reasonable. I forgot my bag when I left, a very cute girl chased me down the street to deliver my bag, I was very touched, this is the best restaurant I have ever encountered. If you can read this review, I would like to...
