Billy Brunch — Restaurant in Seville

We went there on a Tuesday afternoon for brunch, we ordered the max American, we both each wanted one platter but the waiter insisted that one platter would’ve been more than enough for the both of us, but as we looked at the reviews online, the portions looked a bit closer to a just one person portion, so we also insisted that we wanted two platters, so the waiter said he’ll put out one order for the platter and if by the time end of that one we needed like we’d still want another one then we should place an order for a second one, but even after that, as we were, we still felt like two would do the job better than one, so we’d both have one each. So I approached another waiter there and told him we wanted to place an order for another platter, (making it two in total) but he also insisted that one would be more than enough for the both of us, so we finally decided to trust them hhahah Not too long after that, our food arrived and least to say, it was INDEED more than good enough for the both of us, we were giggling about it the whole time as we ate hahaha. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Must-Visit Breakfast Gem in Seville - So Good We're Chasing Them to Madrid! Wow! We stumbled upon this absolute treasure for breakfast in Seville and were completely blown away. Honestly, our Spanish is terrible (understatement of the year! 😅), but that wasn't an issue at all. Every single member of staff we interacted with was absolutely amazing, spoke perfect English, and were genuinely so, so friendly and welcoming. It made for such a relaxed and enjoyable experience from the moment we walked in. The vibe of the place is fantastic – it truly felt like a charming, small, independent family-run restaurant. We were therefore shocked, but in the best way possible, to learn it's actually a chain! Shocked, but also delighted, because we're heading to Madrid today and you can bet your bottom dollar we know exactly where we'll be starting our day! 😉 And the food? Brilliant! I had the Eggs Benedict, and it was cooked to perfection. My wife opted for the pancakes, and they were equally delicious – fluffy, flavourful, and a generous portion. We loved it so much the first time, we went back again the very next day! We honestly cannot recommend this place highly enough. A great brunch spot with a diverse menu and tasty food. The staff was generally welcoming and friendly. However, I feel it's important to share a somewhat uncomfortable situation we experienced. My partner and I had already decided what to order and waited a while for someone to take our request. Eventually, we called over a waitress who passed by our table. She was very kind and attentive, and let us know that her colleague — the one assigned to our table — was busy, so she would be happy to take our order instead. But before she could continue, we were abruptly interrupted by the waiter responsible for our table. He was unnecessarily rude to the waitress, scolding her in front of us for trying to help. The entire situation felt unprofessional and created an unpleasant atmosphere.
