During a short trip to seville I went there on two occasions, the first time was a perfect experience and if I rated it that day it would have been a 5. On my second visit, it was bad.. the place was full as usual (good because the food was delicious) but when we tried yo het an empty table a shy woman came to tell us she has already ordered food and she needed it, of course we left her the table! Unfortunately for her someone else was sitting there before so she had to move. Then we waited for nearly 10 minutes at another table and when it was free we sat and were about to ask the first woman to join us(so she doesn't end up eating standing from a wood log) and also go and order when a screaming spanish woman came at us. She claimed it was her table although she came after us, she haven't placed an order and didn't wait for said table. She stormed in the coffee to complain from me, I followed as I found it really rude and unjust. She quickly turned to to speak only spanish to badmouth me and the staff said nothing to her. Instead when I also shouted at the woman, I was told by the staff to calm down and not to put so much emotion and it's not worth it. Nothing of the sort was said to the rude woman who even came to tell me "this is Spain and we speak spanish here". I fully agree with this and I know enough of the language to manage my daily life around but I was never prepared for such an aggressive confrontation. Anyways, we kept the table and asked the first woman who already had placed her order before our arrival to sit with us. It is good we did so because there were still no available seats and if she didn't join us, she would have ended up eating standing, while holding a wooden log with glass and breakfast bowl. It is a mess and left a really bad feeling in my family and I. It is not the fault of servers that there is not enough tables or there isn't process on serving food (not clear to me at least). Maybe some signs would help customers to know what's the order of the cafeteria? But if the order is to first place an order and then cross fingers for the food to arrive when you have a table, I don't think it is a right solution.. It's a pity as I really loved the food and my first experience was so great but I'm just left with a bad feeling after yesterday :( Ps. I long debated should it be a 3 or 4 stars, but as the staff never told the woman to calm down(only to me- the foreigner) and allowed such a confrontation, I felt mistreated, not in terms of service as in receiving order but mistreated in the interpersonal...
Read more🚨 ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE — MAJOR HYGIENE CONCERNS! 🚨
‼️ I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE WHO VALUES CLEANLINESS, QUALITY, AND BASIC RESPECT.
I’ve traveled the world—from Tokyo to Tuscany—enjoying coffee everywhere I go. But what I experienced here was beyond disappointing. It raised SERIOUS questions about hygiene, food safety, and staff training.
Here’s exactly what happened:
I ordered a batch brew coffee, expecting it to be fresh. What I received instead was cold, stale, and clearly leftover from earlier. I was still willing to take it, until I witnessed something truly alarming.
The barista—kind and honest, but clearly under pressure—reheated the batch brew by steaming it with the espresso machine steam wand. Yes, steamed old coffee, which resulted in a burnt, foamy mess that looked and tasted awful. 😷
When I asked, she admitted:
“Yeah, I don’t like doing this either. But the boss told me to.”
This isn’t just a bad decision—it shows a complete disregard for coffee quality and customer experience.
And sadly, it didn’t stop there.
I then saw the same towel being used to clean both the espresso machine and the food prep table, where items like salmon and vegetables were being handled. 🧼🦠 This raises serious cross-contamination and food safety concerns.
No refund was offered. No apology beyond the barista's quiet honesty. I left feeling shocked, frustrated, and deeply concerned—not just for myself, but for anyone else visiting this place.
❌ This experience was not just below standard—it was alarming. ❌ I hope this feedback reaches the management so necessary improvements can be made. ❌ Until then, I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
👎👎👎 0/5 STARS 🛑 Please report concerns like these if you witness similar practices. 🚷 Food safety matters—this needs to be addressed.

Read moreNice looking place, yet a bit the typical Insta cliché type of breakfast place. Tables outside were full and we decided for takeaway. Ordered from the vitrine a croissant and a croissant with ham/cheese. Both items ready to grab … plus an iced tea and a coffee to go. Like anywhere in Spain you would expect to get such items in a minute or two. After 10 minutes I walked in again and complained having to wait that long for simple takeaway items. Instead of adapting the lady at the cash register explained me that our order would not be treated differently than served orders on the tables and we had to wait. GIVE ME A BREAK , waiting for simple takeaway items as long as people on the tables with real dishes …!!!??? Playing with your valuable time just like nothing …!? I started becoming angry and expressed it loud and clear, yet not insulting. The lady continued that we had to wait or she give us money back. Sorry, we did not wait ten minutes to get our money back. I walked out and waited. What happened then was the Cherry in the pie. The lady talked to her colleagues and apparently were discussing our order and my complain … and then 2-3 of the kitchen people began waving offensive signs to me and my wife . COMPLETELY INACCEPTABLE AND THEREFOR A ONE STAR RATING WELL DESERVED. With such character in the team we can absolutely NOT RECOMMEND going to this place and the long waiting rules it out anyway for any takeaway consideration. We finally waited 20 minutes for this very simple...
