Hace dos días cené allí con un grupo de amigas y salimos muy descontentas del lugar. Para empezar habíamos hecho una reserva para 10 personas (un cambio que hicimos de última hora y que los trabajadores del restaurante aceptaron y conocían), cuando llegamos solo habían preparado 8 sitios y tuvimos que esperar a que terminase una de las mesas para poder unirla a la nuestra.

El servicio fue un caos, hubo descontrol por parte de los camareros. Nos denegaron la opción de pedir tapas por ser una reserva, le expusimos el caso de que si 10 personas llegan de manera casual y encuentran sitio, podrían tener derecho a tapas mientras que las personas que se han preocupado por tener el sitio reservado no podrían hacer eso, dándose a entender en este ejemplo que las personas que van sin reserva tienen esa ventaja. Se excusaron en la política de empresa así que pedimos las raciones.

El servicio fue lento sobretodo para las bebidas, cosa que nos sorprendió ya que el restaurante no estaba tan lleno. A la hora de servir las comandas hubo un error y nos sirvieron una tapa con una berenjena. Al comunicarlo les pedimos que trajeran otra tapa más para suplir la ración ya que con una tapa no hay suficiente para compartir entre varios comensales. Nos denegaron esa solución y retiraron la tapa para después traernos una ración con dos berenjenas.

Lo peor de la experiencia fue cuando nos sirvieron una ración de un paté con un puñadito de tostas que apenas daban para dos personas. Cuando fuimos a pedir más tostas nos lo denegaron, lo seguimos intentando con 4 camareros diferentes y ninguno nos lo ofreció. Cuando hablamos con el encargado le dijimos que íbamos a pagar las tostas que pusieran de más ya que queríamos acabar el plato, el encargado aceptó... Pero hubo que repetírselo en varias ocasiones hasta que al final nos las trajeron.

En cuanto a la cuenta, cobraron 1€ por asistente por "pan y picos" que, acordé a lo que habían ofrecido, no fue suficiente para todas (Además, resaltamos que una de nosotras era intolerante al glúten, dato también conocido por el servicio y aún así también se le cobró a esa persona)

En general podemos entender que haya descontrol en el turno y que se produzcan errores como cambiar una tapa por ración y olvidarse de añadir dos personas más si el cambio fue de última hora; sin embargo, denegar tostas a un cliente que lo ha pedido en varias ocasiones diciendo que las va a pagar, habiendo hablado con más de un camarero y encima el encargado, parecía que estábamos rogando por un puñado de tostas...

This place is a treat, for tapas they have a varied selection that will surprise you. I recommend this place, specially if you have children. The food had great flavor and it’s open late. I believe the night we were there they were almost closing and still made many different tapas for 8 people to try different flavors. They have a good selection of drinks for children and deserts. Spanish draft for adults which are in my opinion a very good complement to the food. Our server was very friendly and accommodating even though it was late at night. We would love to return to this...
