PLEASE BELIEVE THE REVIEWS! I went here with my boyfriend we were craving ice cream. The flavours weren’t written in English and the ladies behind the counter didn’t know how to explain the flavours. So we asked to try some flavours to see which ones to pick. After about 3 tries we asked for a last try of another flavour to decide. She said “last scoop!” She was incredibly rude and we wanted to walk off. But to make her happy I bought the mango ice cream which tasted terrible. We then decided to tell her that she shouldn’t be so dismissive and rude. She started telling us about how other people see us try it specifically she named ‘Americans’ come and try and leave without buying. I told her we’re not American we’re British, and we were always planning on buying a minimum of 2 scoops each. Regardless ice cream was terrible. No flavour. Don’t go! Small scoops of ice cream. Customer service is poor and they really don’t...

Sin duda la mejor heladerías del barrio de Nervion y algun km a la redonda mas. Situado en la esquina de Eduardo Dato con San Francisco Javier, al lado justo del centro comercial Nervion Plaza, cuenta con bastantes veladores para sentarte a comer unos deliciosos helado de muchísimos sabores que puedes combinar en tres tipos de tarrinas, cuyos precios son de 4,50€ la pequeña, 5€ la mediana y 9€ la grande a fecha de hoy Sep.2025. El local en su interior no es muy grande ni está visualmente muy coqueto, pues lo ocupa mayormente las vitrinas expositoras, y el baño común, pero como digo lo importante es que los helados están buenísimos. También tienen autoservicio de agua para que no tengas que esperar para pedirla, pues a veces está bastante lleno de gente pidiendo sus helados. Nunca lo he hecho pero supongo que también tendrán la posibilidad de comerte una copa de helado como antiguamente se estilaba, y de ser así tiene que ser maravilloso, algún día lo pediré y actualizaré indicándolo. Está abierta prácticamente todo el año, el aparcamiento puede ser muy complicado entre semana, mucho fijo los fines de semana, y tiene una parada de Metrocentro a escasos 50 metros. The Whole visit was terrible. The lady serving ice cream was just rude, and she told us that we’ll gonna get 2 scoops in cone. When we payed she gave us only one scoop for 4 EUROS, which is horrible.
