The unassuming sign from the outside doesn’t prepare you for the wonderful experience you will get once you step inside this restaurant. The decor is classy yet makes you feel like you are at a friends house for dinner. The music playing in the background and lighting sets the perfect mood for dinner. The team of servers and the owner are all very knowledgeable with the menu and wine. Most importantly they are friendly and kind. The menu is small but that’s what makes it so good. Everything we tried was DELICIOUS! The sautéed vegetables with fried egg was amazing. The lamb shank was so tender it literally fell off the bone. We came here for the food but fell in love with the overall experience. I would highly recommend coming here while visiting Sevilla. I know I will be back whenever I visit.

TLDR: great atmosphere with a fantastic menu and amazing service We didn’t have a reservation for 2 people close to opening time on Sunday but they were able to seat us. Our lunch was 2 hours long and everything was amazing. Our server took great care in explaining the menu in Spanish and sometimes English in case we didn’t know those words in Spanish. All the food was memorable Iberico pork tartare Eel tempura with lemongrass curry soup House rice with shrimp (shrimp was so sweet and flavorful but the rice was a tad undercooked) Cooked veal with mashed potato Pork blood sausage The server also recommended the cheesecake which is the house specialty but we were too full!

I expected more based on the ratings and the way the restaurant looks. Portions are small for the price; my husband ordered a starter of mackerel which came as a 1-inch thin piece in an indeterminate white sauce. The rice special of magret de canard with truffle sauce was a big disappointment: the duck was so underdone I (nor my 6'2" husband) could not cut it with a steak knife and there was a wooden skewer that was impossible to pull out. Needless to say, I sent it back. They pan-fried the pieces which salvaged the dish and made it tastier and easier to cut - better cooked with lightly rare center but I still had to spit out some gristle. Lamb shank was good. The desserts were its saving grace. And throughout, no comment nor apology from the manager who was walking around. Probably just a fluke but should never happen in a restaurant of that reputation or price point.

Hands down the best food experience in Sevilla. Refined but relaxed. Food made with creativity and passion- and so absolutely delicious. From pure comfort (bean and fish stew) to pure indulgence (cheesecake that’s so good it should be illegal). Timeless classics with a modern twist and completely new concoctions marrying Spanish food with French technique in a wonderful small scale restaurants. The staff is absolutely fantastic and explains with great love and care what you’re eating. We’ll be back.

By far the best restaurant experience in Seville. The owner greeted us warmly, despite not having a reservation, and took care of us throughout the entire meal. We shared a plate of rice with shrimp and crab, beef, and cheesecake, and also tried their tinto de verano - all of which were delicious and had us leaving the place comfortably full. The place is incredibly detail-oriented across all aspects and it’s truly a hidden gem. Would love to come here again and try more of their dishes.

We just had a fantastic lunch here with very friendly and welcoming service. It seemed it was all locals dining and each dish was fantastic both in execution and flavour. We agreed the baby squid with portobello mushroom and marinated cherry was such an interesting and enjoyable combination: light and fresh. I should also mention their tableware is fantastic. I only wish it was open again before we leave Seville (it’s closed Monday and Tuesday) but I guess we’ll have to come back!
