Restaurante Marroquí La Alcoba — Restaurant in Seville

The restaurant is clean and well kept. We were welcomed in by a very nice waiter, I am assuming the owner, the food was all well explained. All the food was delicious. I personally fell in love with the pastela de pollo. It is a very particular dish, you better like sweet and savoury together to enjoy it. If you have the occasion just try from someone else's, it might really surprise you! Also as starters : surtido briwat y croquetas de tajín. Absolutely delicious! Freshly hand made bread is also served. Very warm service, great food, well done!

The venue is small like roughly 30 seats. Might be wrong. So I would recommend maybe booking. I guess it will make their life...

I simply felt in love with this place.

The food was great (special mention for that stew with prunes inside) but greater was the warm welcoming and the smile of the owner of the restaurant.

If you go there, please, don’t miss the “tocino de cielo con crema de queso y piñones”, their signature dessert: it was really delicious, something you really do not want to miss!

Service was not, waiters were not attentive at any point. They got our order wrong, first they brought the wrong drink, they fixed it after we asked them. Then they missed a food item but never came back to check in. Food was very good for the price we paid but not outstanding so we were ok leaving before asking them to bring the plate they missed.
