This place has the worst service ever!! The guard on the spot is so aggressive and treated people racistly! There is no manager to talk to and the waiters are lying about who is in charge! Shocking service we order two water pipes one had plastic burning in it Took it back to the bar man to be told its not his problem

They took the pipe with the burning plastic and placed it back on our table

Could of very easily changed the foil and gave it back to us

One young guy looked like he was about to sourt it out for us he just took the pipe and got rid of it

Services is so bad if your not spanish or the bar man's friend

We must of spent near to 1000e in here I'll will not...

Estafadores!! Nos han robado 10€ la madrugada del sábado 27 de mayo a las 00:30h. Hemos ido un grupo de amigos de más de 60 años y pedimos unas consumiciones, entregamos un billete de 50€ para la cuenta. Traen 1€ de vuelta en una bandeja sin ticket. Avisamos al camarero y preguntamos el importe porque nos parecía exagerado. Nos dice que la vuelta eran 11€ y cuando le pedimos el ticket y la vuelta correcta, no dan opción a nada. Pido hablar con el encargado y pregunto si hay cámaras de seguridad. Me responde afirmativamente sin darme opción a ser revisadas y sin darnos explicación, solución y disculpa alguna. Únicamente responde “a partir de ahora daremos ticket con la vuelta”. No damos crédito, el encargado (Sr. Alfonso Navarro dice que se llama) nos habla fatal, insinuando que lo hemos cogido nosotros y le pedimos el libro de reclamaciones. Después de más de media hora esperando, con las consumiciones ya terminadas y tras reclamar el libro 3 veces a distintos camareros nos dan una hoja con dos copias para poner un escrito. ¡Qué situación más desagradable e innecesaria! Entendemos que se hubiera podido producir un malentendido, pero no entendemos ni la actitud ni el trato del personal. Por supuesto, no repetiremos y daremos curso a la reclamación...
