The cashier that served me was very helpful when I ordered a smoothie. However, there was a strange Asian girl making the smoothie. She started making the drink and left it in the blender and decided not to pour the drink at the cup. It was strange seeing her glance over looking at me and talking to her colleague. There was no doubt at that point that she deliberately left the drink sitting idle in the blender. Shortly after, she left the area with her colleague. The poor cashier girl noticed what had happened and rushed to pour the blended smoothie into the cup. I'm grateful to her.

At least the drink was good. I'm Asian myself, yet a tourist. Something unpleasant happened tonight. It should not have been caused by another person of a similar racial background that has likely had similar challenges as an...

We were served with smiles by Omi who was very patient with our non existent Spanish! We finally worked out our order. We ordered takeout as well as to eat in. We felt bad for asking for bags and wrapping up etc as there was a long stream of customers, bur Omi and her colleague (sorry didn't get their name) were so efficient with dealing with them all with smiles and courtesy. The portion sizes were huge! And delicious. along with our drinks I had a honeyade that I couldn't get enough of. We had salmon and cheese bagel and a tomato and cheddar x cheese croissant (also had an avocado and cheese bagel for takeaway) would definitely have again and wish there was something like this in London... Es la 3a vez que venimos a este sitio, y es que nunca defrauda. Conocí este tipo de helados (los ice cream rolls) hace un tiempo y, desde entonces, vengo a este local cada vez que me paso por Sevilla. ¿Por qué?

Para empezar, la variedad de sabores. El helado en sí puede ser de cualquier sabor de la lista que tienen allí (es una base a la que le agregan el sabor elegido), para después alegrarle un topoing al mix y otro topping más por encima al terminar el proceso de crear los rollitos de helado, además de un sirope. En el caso de pedir un helado de tamaño normal o grande, la cantidad de toppings a elegir aumenta. En mi caso me suelo pedir una combinación que nunca falla si te gusta el matcha: Un ice cream roll pequeño de sabor a matcha con mix de galletas oreo, sirope de chocolate blanco y, como topping final, unos trozos de mango, cuya ligera acidez combina fantásticamente con el dulzor del helado y el sirope, además del crujiente de galleta. ¡Espectacular! El segundo punto es la atención al cliente, que es excepcional. La señora que nos atendió fue realmente amable con nosotros, ofrececiénos varios vasos de agua para combatir el calor sevillano y preocupándose para ver si nos gustaban sus creaciones. Un verdadero detalle por su parte. Tuvimos también la suerte de que el sitio estaba prácticamente vacío, y pudimos sentarnos en una mesa muy bien situada.

Eso me lleva a otro punto: el local. No tengo mucho que decir al respecto, excepto que, a pesar de no ser muy grande, está muy bien decorado y aporta una sensación acogedora. Hasta tienen un par de peluches de One Piece tras el escaparate, que me hicieron sonreír.

En resumen: una apuesta segura si quieres una experiencia de helado diferente por un precio moderado (el helado "pequeño" sale a 3,80€, pero el tamaño es más que suficiente para satisfacer a cualquiera. Vale la pena). Asimismo, ofrecen unos gofres un tanto peculiares que pueden ir acompañados del helado, los cuales no he probado pero se antojan deliciosos, además de muchas bebidas como bubble teas o frappés de muchos tipos....
