🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Excellent food, great atmosphere, and wonderful service

We had an absolutely fantastic meal at La Villa de Sevirol. I had a steak with potatoes that was simply unbeatable—cooked to perfection, tender, and full of flavor. My friend ordered the octopus with mashed potatoes, and it was also exceptional—beautifully presented and delicious.

The service was excellent—friendly, attentive, and professional throughout. We had booked through The Fork, but unfortunately, I wasn’t able to leave a review there, so I’m sharing it here because the experience truly deserves it.

The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, making it perfect for all types of weather or occasions. It seems well-suited for special events, and they also offer set menus.

As for dietary options: • I believe they had vegetarian dishes available. • I’m not sure about specific allergy-friendly or restricted diet options, so best to check in advance if needed.

Other practical info: • There’s street parking available nearby. • It’s child-friendly and has a calm, welcoming atmosphere. • Wheelchair access is no problem—everything is flat, with no stairs or steps at the entrance or inside.

I really would’ve liked to leave a bigger tip—it was that good. Highly recommended if you’re visiting Seville or nearby!...

Visitamos este restaurante por su cercanía al hotel y por los buenos comentarios que habíamos leído, además de que lo encontramos en la aplicación The Fork. Teníamos mesa reservada y desde el primer momento el trato fue excelente: un camarero muy amable, siempre con una sonrisa, nos atendió y nos orientó en la carta.

Empezamos con unas cervezas y le pedimos recomendaciones. Nos sugirió una ensaladilla… y qué acierto. Una mezcla espectacular de ensaladilla rusa con langostino al ajillo, huevo por encima. El contraste de temperaturas en cada bocado era para repetir una y otra vez.

Después probamos el tartar de atún, servido sobre una torta de Inés Rosales. ¿Una locura? Puede, pero una locura deliciosa. El dulzor de la torta con el toque de anís combinaba sorprendentemente bien con el sabor del atún y los ingredientes del tartar. Una mezcla inesperada pero muy acertada.

Seguimos con un solomillo de ternera: carne suave, jugosa, en su punto, que se deshacía en la boca. Pero la sorpresa llegó con una tapa de milhoja… que no era postre. Era una milhoja de solomillo de cerdo con queso de cabra y cebolla caramelizada, y en lugar de hojaldre, otra vez la torta de Inés Rosales. El cocinero se ha inventado algo que funciona y que sin duda volveremos a pedir.

Probamos también el postre de pistacho. Delicioso. Como todo lo demás.

El local es cómodo, limpio, con una decoración bonita y una música suave (guitarra a dúo por YouTube) que acompañaba sin molestar, permitiendo conversar sin problema. El personal, además del camarero que nos atendió, fue simpático y atento en todo momento.
