I was craving some paella and I haven’t tried any in Spain yet, I googled paella and this restaurant popped up with such high reviews. The restaurant looks promising at first - clean and bright, and price seemed reasonable. I asked for the menu and they provided it - it looked reasonable enough that I ordered 2 people portion for my father and I, my mother has dietary restriction that they could not accommodate so we just ordered some bread for her. The bread came first - it is super hard and not soft, enough to crack your teeth with, and they gave a small bag of crackers which is meh. We then waited for the paella dish - it came as pictured, it was so salty that I wonder if they dumped the entire salt shaker in there. And the portions are tiny - there are some mini shrimps in there, if you squint and look, and two large shrimps and one clam? They kept asking us if we wanted something to drink and we said no. I am beginning to think they made it too salty on purpose so we can order drinks. The paella’s rice is also undercooked. When we brought up the issue with the server at the end about the dish being too salty and rice undercooked - their response was that saltiness is caused by the shrimp and undercooked is how they enjoy it. I do understand about the preference about undercooking rice as each region has their own preference, but I don’t get the over seasoning. All this for 20.50€ per person for the paella and 1.50€ for the bread. So not worth it.

Our first night in Seville, made perfect by our experience at this restaurant. Waiting staff so attentive and friendly. Restaurant very well presented Complimentary starter and bread Great wines Had the dogfish and octopus with grilled vegetables was all extraordinary Then the pistachio cheesecake for dessert. Probably the best dessert we’ve had in our entire lives. Please go here you won’t be disappointed Then complimentary shots Price was surprisingly cheap all things considering - as pictured

What a wonderful restaurant! Every aspect of our experience at this new restaurant was 5*. The waitress was very friendly & helpful, making recommendations for their specialities based on our preferences. Her English was at a very good level, & was so relaxed (yet professional) with us throughout! The food didn't disappoint or the choice of drinks available, with us having a great red wine (Ribiero Del Duero). I wouldn't hesitate to visit this restaurant when I next go to Sevilla. Try it, you won't be...
