El Rincón del Tito — Restaurant in Seville

This was one of the best restaurants I visited during my Andalusian tour in 2023. The whole family works there, and they are definitely a very kind and hardworking team! Even though there was a language barrier, they were incredibly patient and eager to explain everything and help us choose our food.

I ordered a salad, patatas bravas (if I remember correctly), and a fish platter — everything was absolutely delicious! The owner recommended that I try the Paella de Pollo, but I chose something else. That was a big mistake! After I had already ordered, he kindly brought me a small portion to try (not included in our bill), and it was incredibly tasty!

The apartment we were renting was a few blocks away so we decided to try this place. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon and they were obviously setting up for some big groups. We assumed we would be turned away for not having reservations, but the owner pulled out an extra table for us. Then he made some personal recommendations. We were looking for a place to have paella and despite it not being on the menu they made the best one we've ever had. Such friendly service and the other food was so tasty too that we made a reservation for the following night while only being here for a few days and originally wanting to try out a bunch of places, we just had to return because it was so good.
