Dear Manger or whoever wrote the above ridiculous reply to the pervious google review from "PARKLANDS DOG GROOMING ANGELA" (copy of your reply above.) My name is Robert Maxwell and I'm Angela's husband, I can confirm we were declined access to your restaurant by your Fashion Police on 25th May 2024. My wife was dressed as per photo attached and NOT in sand filled bikini as you ridiculously suggested in your response above. Your staff obviously have very little respect for you, and have lied to you about what really occurred, however I have a very simple solution to resolve who is telling the truth here. Your restaurant is fitted with CCTV cameras as per photo attached, can I suggest you look at video footage on 25th May (Angela's Birthday) between approx. 1.15pm - 1.30pm the restaurant was empty and you will be able to see quite clearly my wife and myself arriving and then being refused admission. Once you have reviewed this video footage, which I'm quite happy for you to upload a picture or video, so anyone reading this can make there own minds up, as to who is telling the truth. I would then ask you reply to Angela's original review with an apology. Please don't come back with an excuses why your are unable to access this CCTV footage, as this will be seen as guilty reply by yourselves. I await you swift response. Regards Robert p.s. We chose the restaurant based on rave reviews on google. The bread with tomatoes was OK, potata bravas were decent (had better ones though), then things started going downhill, octopus with mashed potatoes was very average and very likely not fresh. Then arrived black rice with seafood/calamari. It was terrible. I could not taste the rice or seafood, it was just full of salt!!. really cheap taste. Anyway, we decided to pay and were surprised to see the bill. The black rice could only be ordered for a minimum of two people and apparently the menu mentions the price for one person. So at the time of ordering, you have to be clever and work the price out yourself. (we ordered using a menu printed in English). I am not sure why would the restaurant print the price for one person when as a minimum you must pay the price for two. I questioned this. Our server said he never gave us a menu to order from!! It was a "card" not a menu and launched into a narrative of some kind! It is not worth talking anymore when people drop their argument to such a different level. We paid and walked out. It was more important for the kids and us to enjoy our holiday. Not sure how they are getting such...

As I was walking by I noticed they had the oyster and cava special, which looked like a great deal. I walked in and asked if I could sit at a table outside the waitress asked me if I was going to eat and I said yes I could sit. After sitting, she comes and asks me if I need an English menu. I informed her I was intrigued by the cava and oyster menu and she said “Ah yes, we can do that” and walks away. Not more than a minute later, the waitress comes back and tells me there is no longer any tables available and I must leave. It was on the beach and I didn’t assume I had done anything to insult anyone. As a tourist during his first visit to Sitges, I was caught off guard and frankly embarrassed.
