We almost walked past, I’m happy we didn’t! We were surprised with an unforgettable culinary experience. The food was exceptionally delicious, and I was impressed by the charismatic and friendly waiter/owner. He clearly knew what he was doing and was super helpful! Big heart for the business.
Our taste buds were put to the test with an array of delightful dishes. For starters we took the following: The jalapeños poppers were a burst of flavor - delightfully spicy and yet so tasty that you couldn't help but crave more. We also tried the pulled pork tacos they were generously seasoned, leaving a pleasant warmth with every bite and the acidity of the pickled onions was very pleasant. We also had the scampi’s who were perfectly seasoned and crisply baked.
For the head course 4/5 people tried the build your own burger and they were all superb. Juicy meat adorned with flavorful toppings, encased in a soft toasted bun, created a true explosion of flavors with each mouthful. They even asked how the meat needed to be cooked, very good qaulity meat! And they all were cooked exactly right. The 5th person had the chicken nuggets who were prepared in house, fresh from real chicken breast. Also very delicious!
Burgers were big and everyone was very very full! If you try your own build a burger I suggest you try the caramelized onions who were deliciously sweet en the bacon jam which really surprised me!
Drinks weren’t expensive, normal for Sitges. And a very very nice Amaretto sour cocktail, definitely suggest you try one of those. (Wasn’t on the cart) My boyfriend accidentally threw half his beer over the table and we immediately got a new one for free. We also got free strawberry wodka shots after dinner and a free dessert because the dessert we ordered wasn’t available. They didn’t have to do all that, very exceptional service!
All in all, it was a superb dining experience that enchanted my taste buds and left my stomach content. If you're in search of delectable food, charming service, and a cozy ambiance, this restaurant is certainly worth a visit! It has been the best dining experience we have...
Read moreWhen in Sitges, skip the gym—just walk into Gaby’s and get punched (in the best possible way) by this small but mighty restaurant right on the beach promenade.
Four of us dived into the menu and not a single fork was left disappointed. Cocktails, wine, and beer flowed like Mediterranean waves, and the prices didn’t leave us gasping for air.
The service though? Chef’s kiss. Staff juggle smiles, banter, and trays with Olympic ease. Brian—the owner, entertainer, comedian, and unofficial dog whisperer—runs the show like a late-night talk host. Rumor has it if you truly impress him, you’ll be handed his mystery shots. Sadly, our performance was only worthy of polite applause, so no shots this time… maybe next round.
Sarah, the manager, floats between tables with the elegance of a flamenco dancer and the efficiency of a Swiss train. And then there’s the elusive Gaby herself—a globe-trotting legend who somehow hates flying. Word on the street is she’s running a secret twin-restaurant in Budapest… we’ll report back once we track her down.
The place is dog-friendly (naturally, Gaby calls the shots) and the interior is stylish enough to make you forget you’re steps from the sand. Just be warned—it’s cozy, so get in early or risk missing out.
In short: food, fun, and fabulous chaos all rolled into one. Gaby’s Sitges is the kind of spot where you come for dinner and leave with a story.

Read more5 stars for the friendly and professional waitress. 1 star for the kitchen and server. We ordered hamburgers with cheese and we were served burgers without any cheese. When we told them they forgot the cheese, the kitchen sent us a separate plate with 2 slices of cold cheese. We had to specifically ask that they put the cheese in the burger and heat it up so that the cheese is melted. If you've ever eaten a burger before, that's how it's supposed to be. Duh. So ridiculous.
Anyway, it was a terrible burger at the end. We should have just gone to McDonalds for a better burger. On top of all that it's completely overpriced for a burger here. They charge 14€ for a plain cheese-less burger and if you want normal things that are typically part of a burger such as onions or cheese, they charge 1€ extra per item. Total scam. Unfortunately most restaurants in town were closing up so we ended up here since it was one of the only place open past 4pm. But obviously we won't be back here. Would have given 1 star review, but we added an extra star because of the...
