Disappointed In the beginning it was good service But We placed our order and they brought all the food together , with us have to pile dishes on top of one another on the tiny table! The appetizers were served after the mains Think the were trying to hurry us rather than tell us they wanted to close Then two of the dishes were so salty we couldn’t eat them. They in fact tasted them and agreed they were overly salty. Offered us complimentary drink or desserts which was nice but still not happy that our meal was a let down they still charged us full price for both dishes The rest of the dishes were lovely and we cleaned the plates. They further started to pack up the restaurant seating around us and turn off the lights . Our waitress left without a salutations Rather go to the friendly Karmela next door , who also had a late table but didn’t pack up around her guests. To the owner note that Restaurant guests go to your establishment for and an experience not just food - this has been the worst...

Terrible experience. The food was average and the service was terrible. We only ordered snacks yet they took over half an hour to arrive, despite the place being half empty. We asked the waiter several times for the bill to be brought to the table so we could leave as we had arrangements. After waiting a ridiculously long time my partner decided to find where he could pay as we needed to leave. After waiting another ten minutes for him waiting to pay at the inside bar, the only person taking the money decided they had to go out and lay some more knives and forks before taking our payment. This bad service caused avoidable problems for us, the staff seemed angry (maybe due to understaffing by the managers) and not interested in looking after the customers. My advice is eat at a dedicated restaurant where the staff are attentive and...

We stopped there only for a tea... They serve us without any sugar and when we asked they bring us 1 small sachet. So we had to ask again to get more. For a 5* hotel, it looks really weird. Then the worse thing is that they put an artificial perfume in the hotel. I had the impression that we were in the toilets!!! Sorry but this gives a very bad impression: why do you need to put an artificial perfume ? Does the hotel smells so bad? I know it looks trendy but for me, it just means that you are not confident about the smell in the place. Will...
