We booked a 50th birthday dinner for 22 people and were given the entire back terrace set over two table. The restaurant was SO accommodating and didn't require us to choose a menu or manage any prepayment. Our guests had full run of the menu and honestly every single dish that came out of the kitchen was phenomenal and was actually some of the best food we ate in any restaurant in Sitges - hands down. The staff were super attentive, catered to everything we needed for a dinner of this size and I handed the manager a bottle of 50 yr old port and asked them to please take it to the kitchen and pour a small amount for everyone to taste during a toast. It turned into a crazy project where the wine needed to be strained through multiple napkins to get all of the sediment out but the staff just smiled and continued service as though this wasn't an issue. I strongly recommend Factor Vi! This is a true foodies place and excellent with drinks.

We had reservations on Valentine’s Day and it is expected to impact the food and/or service in some way. But the Factor Vi crew are true professionals and did not disappoint.

The drinks have received a lot of praise in the reviews for good reason, it is true!

Now, the main dishes. The fish is spectacularly great. Perfectly balanced, crispy skin and plate licking flavours. Please try this, even if you are not a fish fan. I dare you to not love this dish. The steak. Absolute perfection in all aspects of steak. Size, medium rare, seasoning, resting, tenderness, searing… chefs kiss! Possibly the best plate I will have 2024.

My only negative critique is that the crayfish ravioli in lobster bisque does not deliver what it promises. It pales in comparison to everything else we had.

First of all, it offers a huge variety of author cocktails that are being personalized and prepared following the suggestion of the mixologist.
