This was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a venue. The staff? Let’s just say they made little effort to be welcoming. As for the cocktails, they were incredibly underwhelming—barely any trace of alcohol, more like overpriced, watered-down juice. The service? It felt non-existent. On our first visit, things were manageable since the place wasn’t busy, but when we gave it another chance, the experience went downhill fast.
Upon our return, we were blatantly overlooked by the waiter, who seemed more interested in chatting with a performer than attending to paying guests. It wasn’t just us—other customers were also left waiting endlessly, with some walking out in frustration. In hindsight, we should’ve followed their example sooner.
The drinks on both visits were a huge letdown—so diluted they felt like a mockery of what a cocktail should be. Considering how high the prices were, it was hard not to feel taken advantage of. To make things worse, a group of uninvited street performers showed up, imposing themselves on guests. Their act was awkward at best, and after an unimpressive display, they circled around asking for 'donations.' The whole situation was uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Meanwhile, just steps away, other bars were serving proper drinks with attentive service and a far better atmosphere—without unwanted interruptions. Overall, this place was a major disappointment and not worth anyone’s time or money. It felt like they prioritized quick profits over customer experience, and I...
Read moreRACISTS! Reporting to the police tomorrow for hitting me in the face without reason.
My partner entered the club less than 30 seconds before me but I was refused. The only difference? The colour of my skin and my afro hair. They stated they wouldn't allow me to enter, and I responded "no hay problema". I wasn't even trying to enter the club, I just wanted my partner to know that I was outside. A man hit me in the face despite my total acceptance of their decisions (plenty of other cool clubs), and then the other employees joined in being aggressive. When I was in the street, waiting outside of the club without issues—outside of the premises—they continued to be aggressive.
I never disagreed with their decisions, and they were abusive. Absolutely disgusting. The man in blue hit me in the face despite exiting the club without problems. The grey haired man was aggressive despite being in the public street, and the last tried to prevent me from recording the situation because he knew they were wrong.
I dare them to post any documentation they have of the situation because it will only demonstrate...
Read moreThis is the place to be in Sitges. A great atmosphere at night and the bar is open to late. It’s great if you want to people watch too as they face the chairs outwards so you can catch the eye of the most discerning walking by on a summers night. We had a great time here before we left to go to the clubs and other bars surrounding Parrot’s pub. Service is excellent. Even though it gets extremely busy you are not waiting on drinks which are served at the comfort of your table. Many cocktail choices and oodles of spirits lines your glass so at around £12-15 per two cocktails it beats any of the British cocktail bars by far in my opinion. Gay or non gay you will enjoy this atmosphere. It’s electric on the street and has a very friendly vibe even if you are on your own. Parrots is situated along a narrow street full of lovely bars that are most friendly, clean and well priced for tourists. It’s a must if you are visiting Sitges. Age group by the way is around the 35-60 age mark so don’t feel afraid to visit those bar. You will not be disappointed. Mr BMB and my husband...
