My husband and I recently stopped by the Atlantico Lounge for an evening drink after hearing and reading rave reviews for the place. We were not disappointed. From the moment we first walked in, we were met by friendly and helpful staff who directed us downstairs to the bar, a trendy open tri-level seating arrangement directly on the waterfront that has both large and small tables to accommodate guest parties of various sizes, and even sofa seating for a romantic view of the ocean. It was a bit cool in the evening, and without our saying anything, a staff member moved one of the large outdoor heating towers near our table to make us more comfortable. The drink menus (one for specialty cocktails, one for wine and beer) were extensive and reasonably priced. We received stellar service from our waiter, Paolo, who was attentive but not intrusive. Of positive note for the women reading this review, the ladies' restroom was large and clean, and was also handicap-accessible. When we left, we spoke briefly to guests who had just had dinner and they were very favorably impressed with the dinner menu, quality of the food, presentation of the food, and the service. It is easy to give the Atlantico Lounge five stars, as our entire experience was positive. If possible, I'd give it six stars. Highly...
Read more🤩 WHAT A PLACE! It’s hard to do it justice in writing, but I’ll try. It’s so good that I rebooked for us just 10 minutes after starting our meal (there were 6 of us: 4 adults and 2 children, aged 6 and 8). The views are incredible no matter which tier you're on, but the staff and food are even more outstanding. We've dined pretty much everywhere in PDC and have our favorite spots, as all families do. However, Atlantico Lounge has quickly catapulted itself to the top of our list! Here’s why…
Shortly after sitting down, I noticed the table wobbling slightly. Before I could even react, a team member was already on their way to fix it! 😳🤩🙌 The kids were well looked after (ask for the kids' menu—the food is the same high quality as the adult options, just more kid-friendly 😉). The chef has to be one of the most valued on the island; you'd be hard-pressed to find better food. I dare you to try! The entire place is run like a well-oiled machine, with everyone playing their part to make your visit a truly memorable experience.
p.s. be sure to book in advance and there are stairs...
Read moreThis takes the dining experience in Lanzarote up a notch. We booked a table online and went to the restaurant.. you couldn’t be faulted if you accidentally walked past it from the outside but once you are inside you know you are in for a treat. There are 4 levels of dining areas, each getting closer to the sea. They are all covered for the overhead sunshine but the covers can be rolled back in the evening. The levels mean the majority of tables get a seafront view which is beautiful and makes you feel like you have the best seat in the house. The selection of food on the menu means if someone maybe doesn’t want the Greek option, they will still have plenty to choose from. The waiting staff are very attentive, checking you are ok without being intrusive. I couldn’t fault the setting, food or service, it was all excellent. It’s somewhere you want to get dressed up and go to, and enjoy the whole experience. This is a definite on my...
