It is my humble opinion, but for anyone seeking an authentic Indian Curry, both Restaurants Himilaya and Everest on the Strip in PDC are by far, head and shoulders above the rest. They are sister Restaurants owned and run by the same family. The quality of the dishes is simply amazing. Portion sizes will not disappointed the hungriest diner. The staff are lovely, friendly and attentive without being over fussy. They are happy to explain everything and offer any dish to the spice level that suits your palette - be warned, ask for hot-hot and be prepared 🥵 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶. We kicked off with some tasty poppadoms and Himalayan herb pakora, which was a delightful start to our meal. The main dishes were the chefs Himalayan chicken and lamb tikka sizzler which were bursting with authentic Indian flavours – a real treat for our taste buds.
The staff at The Himalaya were extremely welcoming. Their service added to the overall enjoyment of our evening.
