Lovely restaurant and nice presentation. We had poppadoms to start and the dips, 6 in total were very tasty. We then ordered 2 curries a nan bread and A rice.. There was not much chicken or sauce in the dopuiza and it was bulked out with onions and peppers whilst tasty I have had better. Only 5 king prawns and again the jalfezi was quite dry The pilau rice looked nice but did not have much flavour, it was a farily large portion, I found out why when the bill came I was charged for a family portion not that there is one on the menu and we didn't ask for a double or family portion and we're not asked if we wanted family they just,assumed.. I have always ordered just one rice,and never anywhere been giving a large portion and charged double. Am sure a lot of people just have 1 rice 1 nan and share. They are geared up to sell we are small eaters and don't have a starter but having been asked if we wanted one and refusing they they started saying bhaji? Samosa? Really doing hard sell and as I say just giving family rice when we only wanted 1. The promises discount is a lie!!!

We had hoped to have a nice dining experience at this place. Looks nice and started of friendly. But looks can be deceiving. Services is messy, waiters are not organized We had first ordered our starters and decided to order some main dishes. This is we’re things went from bad to worse. After waiting for more than an hour we asked about our main courses. Different waiters came to look and finally one came over and had to take our order again. Again waiting for some time. In hind side we should have left.

And now come the really sad story. Paying the bill. I made a remark on our order getting lost. Loud mouth waiter started arguing with me and telling me I should have order main together with starters. His reason why it took so long. He start with the 10% discount. I was not agreeing to that then he said 25% discount. Such a scam this so called discount. It is the total amount the takes of 25% and than adds the Vat 7% and some s/c of nearly 25%. So in the mf no discount is given. Honestly the is the worst experience I have aver had and would like to warn all about this so call winning restaurant.

Sometimes you have to read between the lines when you read reviews. Many places seem to give themselves reviews by opening accounts and leaving a review. Then show as only ever one review left by that user. Often to leave themselves a positive review and sometimes to leave a negative review for a rival. We tried this restaurant today for the lunch time special. Staff were polite. I am unsure if there were undertones or perhaps it may have being a language barrier? I ordered the special burger €7.95 and had 2 beers @ €1.50 each. Good value for money and indeed, did taste like a 'special burger'. Was a nice eastern spin on a burger. Wifey had the Thali ( asian tapas or tasting plate) This came in at €12.99 and included a glass of wine or beer. Again, good value and was very tasty and fulfilling.
