To me totally not worth the money and the calories.

The service lady looked a little bit angry to me, also her tone wasnt friendly at all.

The ice cream was mediocre at best. Straciatella had tiny bits of chocolate in it but not a single bigger piece which is the best at Straciatella, if you find big chunks of chocolate in it, thats what it is about - the milky cream with the chocolate in combination.

The price 3.30 for a single scoop is way too expensive for the lack of taste to me.

Better save money and calories and...

Don’t be swayed by the long line—this ice cream just isn’t worth the hype.

Our group tried five different flavors—all of them felt surprisingly basic and lacked the rich taste and, more important, quality.

The service didn’t impress either. "Experienced" staff lady seemed to fall short in providing respectful customer service. She literally barked at us in angry voice.

Given all the glowing reviews, I’m honestly puzzled, as if we didn’t sample the same ice cream.

We are a family of eight people and we are Italian, we have visited many ice cream shops here in Spain but this one is honestly the best we have tasted, perhaps even better than what we eat in Italy. It doesn't cost much per person and the portions are generous, the staff is friendly and the girl with blonde hair is very nice and fortunately also understands Italian!!! We had a great time and would certainly recommend it...
