We visited this restaurant 3 times the first 2 times were wonderful with excellent food and service! Pictures Included! Today was different I ordered a steak bowl and was served chewy steak. The rest of my bowl was delicious so I asked manager if I could change the steak for chicken. Simple request that was made very complicated after waiting over twenty minutes and listening to the exchange of loud tones over my request I decided to just leave. However I was told my dish was coming right out. I stayed MY MISTAKE! I was served a Mexican bowl(not pictured) which is not what I wanted however there was no way I was sending it back. The atmosphere was cute, but our experience started off poorly when the staff greeted us in an unfriendly manner. We thought maybe it was because of a language barrier, as they spoke very little English, but the attitude didn't improve throughout our visit.
The food was disappointing as well. We ordered two vegan burgers and had to wait a long time, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. A l'espai, s'hi nota la inversió inicial, han transformat tot el local i l'han decorat al seu estil, no és del tot agradable, però és més que la majoria dels locals i si t'agrada aquest ambient, t'hi sentiràs còmode.
El menjar deixa bastant a desitjar, es nota que és una cadena i no un restaurant com a tal amb un xef que pugui dir-hi la seva i posar-hi tot l'afecte del món, darrere aquesta aparença luxosa s'amaga una cuina del més normal, amb alguna mancança força evident, però cal destacar que disposen de bones opcions vegetarianes i ben explicades i fins. i tot tenen pa sense gluten. Aquí és on es nota el fet de ser una cadena doncs tenen clares aquestes opcions.
El problema arriba amb el servei, 3 persones no era suficient per atendre tota la demanda, però salvant això que pot passar puntualment a qualsevol restaurant, la professionalitat dels cambrers era quasi nul·la, excepte en el cas de la noia de cabells negres que marcava diferència, el sopar va ser desagradable sobretot pel servei, i això trenca l'experiència fins i tot si haguessin tingut bon menjar.
