I came here on our second day for an early dinner, about 5ish with my wife and 18 month son. they have the meats on show in a fridge at the entrance to the restaurant. it all looks very appetising with quality cuts of meat on show. when we entered the hostess offered outside or inside dining. we said somewhere quite noisy incase our toddler kicked off. we were placed right at the entrance which was ideal for our situation.

the service was excellent the waiters were very friendly and attempted some banter with our grumpy son, the drinks great I just had a local beer and my wife had sangria. my sone had penne bolognas which came very quickly which is always good with small kids,( of coarse he would not eat it), but we took away in a take away box and I had it for supper, the portion was large and it was very nice.

my wife had the fillet steak cooked medium well she seemed to enjoy the steak which came with nice vegetables and a choice of potatoe.

I had the Iberico pork with salad, I also had the onion rings as a side. these were just regular frozen onion rings like Burger King(average) if I had known this I would have just ordered the canary potatoes as they looked nice. (the pork was excellent, I did have to wolf it down though as the toddler was kicking off). I left my wife to finish her dinner in peace and took my son for a stroll round the square.

we left at just after six and when we were leaving the place was packed, it's selling quality steak and is clearly popular. if you want to eat here at a normal time in the evening you will defiantly need to book. this is a nice place to...

I came there because of the reviews and I got quiet disappointed. 3 stars are only because my boyfriend's meal was nice and desserts where good, coffee as well My boyfriend took the ribeye. Good but nothing exceptional My meal was very disappointing. Before going to this place I never ate lamb without liking it and not being able to finish my meal. It was the baby lamb leg. It was very dry and the sauce had almost no taste. About the service we didn't had time to tell the waiter what we wanted with the meat, he was already gone and choosed for us (on the menu it was written we could choose between 3 options). We both got french fries (defrosted ofc) accompanied by some defrosted veg.. When I told a waiter that I wasn't happy because my meat was quiet dry he offered to give me more sauce... LOL, no thanks. We took dessert, chocolate mousse that I've never seen served like that (3 "scoops"?) but why not... It was good. My boyfriend took the Oreo ice cream and liked it. For the atmosphere I felt like eating in a self. I think they didn't have enough waiters but it was middle of november, not...

So whilst on holiday this week we ate here twice. The first time we both had beef lasagna, and it was very nice, we both agreed that it took some beating, service and atmosphere excellent.

Then the next night I had the mixed kebab absolutely fine, no problem's.

The wife had the rack of ribs, they turned up Luke warm at best with some pretty dry looking BBQ sauce on them, we sent them back.....waited around 20 minutes before they returned, hot this time, slightly charred and the sauce was anialated, the wife ate some of them, but they were very dry ☹️ It's such a a shame because I know stuff like this happens on occasion, nobody is perfect, but we explained to the staff member serving us, that it wasn't very nice, but he didn't really answer, just took the plates away and charged us full price.

Maybe it was the language barrier, but if we were in the UK, there's no way we would have paid full price for that meal.

Would still go there again, but maybe wouldn't order the ribs.

I've not written this review to be a moaner, just so the business can realize, stuff like this gets...

A lot of people had highly recommended this restaurant, saying how great it was. So my partner decided to take me for a steak meal on my birthday. I ordered the steak meal, which was extremely impressive when it came out, even more so when I had finished the meal, it really was a great meal. It was that good, that we returned 2 nights later for another meal. This time, I ordered the mixed grill, just to see what it was like. Again, it was a very satisfying meal, except for the lamb chop, which was uncooked, and pink in the middle. I pointed this out, and showed it to one of the servers, who did offer me a replacement. As I'd finished eating, I declined, and explained that the meal was absolutely wonderful, except for this issue. My partner really enjoyed both her meals, and said she would definitely visit again. Personally, I would visit El Patio again, but I think I would check the middle of all meats sooner rather than later. The lamb apart, both my meals were great.

Bit of a Letdown – Might’ve Been an Off Day We recently visited this Italian restaurant after seeing lots of great reviews, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t quite live up to the hype. I had the fillet steak and my partner had the rack of ribs – both dishes looked decent when they arrived, and the meat itself seemed to be good quality. However, they just lacked flavour. There wasn’t much seasoning or taste to either meal, and it all felt a bit underwhelming, especially given the prices and expectations. To be fair, it could have just been an off night – every place can have one – and the service itself was fine. But we couldn’t help but notice a few other tables around us also making quiet comments about their food, so we weren’t the only ones feeling a bit disappointed. We might have just been unlucky, and the restaurant clearly has a loyal following, but sadly this visit was a bit of a miss for us.

We didn't book but only had to wait 5 minutes at the bar for a table. Excellent service throughout. We had Garlic mushrooms with bread and Burschetta for starters. For main I had a T-bone steak with mashed potato, vegetables and a side of onions rings. My family had fillet steak and mushroom tagliatelle and meat lasagne with a side of chips. The steak was cooked exactly to order and there was lots of fillet in the tagliatelle which my son really enjoyed. Our only issue was a particularly loud family in the rear of the restaurant with a screaming child who were seemingly allowed to act how they wanted. They were however an anomaly to the rest of the customers in the restaurant who were respectable, quiet people. Considering how busy this place constantly is, the food and service is top tier. A must visit if staying in Costa Teguise
