Juanita Mumbai — Restaurant in Teguise

Booked a table for in an hour's time for 4. No problem restaurant was empty at that time. Returned and was packed - great to see. Had our reserved table. Ordered drinks and food. Drinks arrived promptly. 1 hour later still no food. Machine is broken - whatever that means! Very sorry - amongst lots of customers arriving after us being served before us. When questioned why being served before us is its because we ordered meats!!? 🤔 20 further mins in cancelled but food arrives. Food is nice no qualms about that but if you would have just kept us informed and actually give a monkeys about your customer service I wouldn't be writing this. Got a 5% discount. Whoppee. Won't return...

We booked a table on the night of the carnival for 7.30pm. We selected a table and were assured that this table would be reserved for us. When we arrived at the restaurant at 7.30 the table we had reserved had been given to another couple. We complained but the same waitress who took the booking didn't seem to bothered about the situation and just asked us if we wanted to sit in the corner against the wall but we declined and left very angry. We have been coming to Costa Teguise for eighteen years but will never return to this restaurant. I'm sure if they don't care about their customers they won't care...

Possibly the best Madras I've ever had !!!. Coming from Manchester and loving a curry, we are blessed with the Curry Mile in Levenshulme. Over 100 restaurants on a single road. Myself and my partner popped in here by chance and I opted for the lamb Madras and my partner the lamb tikka masala. To say I was blown away was an understatement. The flavours we're off the wall and I can say without question it was the best I've ever tasted. My partner was equally blown away with her dish.
