Jack Daniel's Bar — Restaurant in Teguise

I was not satisfied. Food is so unflavoured here. We waited for dinner over 40 mins -- one burger and one wrap. I don't think that in signature meal Jack Daniel Burger should be fresh cucumbre. In "American style burger" I would expect pickle. Also I don't understand, why they serve sliced vegetable (salad, tomatoes) as a side dish. Actually (fun fact)...burger has been invented to combine meat and vegetable allready. Fries were too unsalty...but it's detail. Chicken wrap was more garlic-onion wrap then anything else. Anyway...the most awfull thing here is beer. Only one type of drought wierd Tropical beer from Gran Canaria. Bar pretends to be an interesting place for young people but it is not at all. We didn't finish our dinner. Unlike the others, we didn't get a shot at digestion. Generaly the restaurant's menu is so complex that even the staff was unable to explain what is included in which price. For me suddenly one of worst experiences during my vacation in Lanzarote. Finally paid a visit here and it was very good. The service was prompt and very friendly and the meals were delivered without much waiting. We shared a garlic bread to start which was proper and very tasty. My wife had the tacos and said they were the best she ever had and she's a huge taco fan. I opted for the ribeye and it was a solid hunk of steak. And the portions were massive but we did our best to clear the plates. I have to commend the fries cos they were also superb. The only thing I would say negatively about it is that my steak was possibly under a heat lamp for bit too long. I could be completely wrong but it's just a feeling I had. We was recommended this burger restaurant by some other Holiday makers and of course, TripAdvisor. The service was good, swift and efficient. It felt somewhat rushed, but I guess its a busy little restaurant and the quicker the turnover the better for them, It just wasn't for us. The food was fine, we had the popular Jack Daniel's Burger and it was very nice. Price was fine, not too expensive and I felt offered reasonable value for money. I would recommend it if you want a change from the Italian's and Tapas that the town is stuffed with. In our case, we were just tired of our Hotels All-Inclusive food and was craving a Burger.
