Jesters International Karaoke Bar — Restaurant in Teguise

Me & my friend Chrissy came out for a quiet girls holiday to Costa Teguise. Our hotel was all inclusive & nice but the nightlife was tame. We might be 60 but we're not ready to go to bed by 10. A quick Google on where to go for fun & we discovered Jesters! That was on our first night. It's fabulous. Even all inclusive alcohol couldn't keep us in at night after finding Jesters! We've come every night and not been disappointed.We tried a couple of other places but they couldn't hold a candle to Jesters. You get a warm welcome, and all the staff & owners are fantastic. Hard working and the place is very well run; you feel very safe. Any rowdiness is dealt with immediately. Kieran and Ben tirelessly sourced karaoke songs for any song you might want to sing, albeit badly in our case! All the staff join in too, just like one big family party. It's a very lively place and good for a drunken night out ........ there's not much choice when it comes to night life in this particular area of Lanzarote so Jester's does well because of the lack of competition to be honest. It's cheap and cheerful basically ....... Edit: I should mention, following the response from Jester's, that my "lack of choice" and "cheap & cheerful" comments are in no way a negative reflection of our experience in Jester's. The staff were lovely, very very friendly and welcoming ....... the drinks were very reasonably priced with large measures (I usually order doubles when ordering spirits, this was definitely NOT necessary in Jester's! lol) ........ and the atmosphere was great ......... so just to clarify, we had a fantastic night and we'd definitely return. It has to be the best place to go for a night out. We unfortunately only went there once for our last night of our holiday and it was one of the best decisions we could make. We had a lot of fun and met a lot of great people, bartenders included. I had ordered a Blue Hawaiin but they didn't serve that drink there but did that stop her from making me one? No it did not. She googled the recipe and made the drink from scratch and it was spot on. Thankyou for making us feel welcome and just giving us one of the best nights of our life.
