We always try and visit somewhere new in Torre and this came high on another review site. We come often and as a family. Pictures on app looked great and included all items.

Was able to book with a table in 30 min, which was great. Walking in was only one of two tables - which again, would be great as service would be good.

Restaurant is very well decorated and clean, looks brilliant. Clearly very new?

Service was ok at first, but the waiter explained there was a number of dishes not available - unfortunately this was the whole meat menu except ribs and chicken burger (which we now realise are the cheapest options for them).

Drinks were fine. Though we sat with empty drinks on a number of times where the table was cleared. Wanted to give it a try so we ordered starters and pasta.

Starters were ok. Camembert was nice but came with whipped (dessert) cream, and Nachos all had ‘sauces’ not guacamole and salsa.

Mains came, pasta appeared to have the same meat as the nachos, and the (broken?) pepper grinder spilled pepper corns into the meal. Lasagne came and was half the size of the dish and was more soup like and unappetising - which was disappointing.

Explained to the waiter that i did not feel I could eat it. He said OK and asked if I wanted to change - which I said no as could not have anything else I wanted on the menu. Waiter said ok, did not ask what was wrong or if my partners meal was ok and then did not come to the table or look our way the rest of the night until we paid.

When we asked for the bill, we didn’t get acknowledgement of the issues. The card machine was placed on the table without eye contact and had to wait for him to come back over, I asked the waiter “why no steaks tonight” thinking there was a supply issue, he stated “as you used your discount, you could not have these”

Pointed out both me and my partner would have ordered the tomahawk or other steaks and would have likely had twice as many rinks if they’d have said when we asked (three times).

Restaurant was recommended to us by friends. We booked for a table for 7 in the afternoon got there male waiter was so not nice when we arrived so female waitress was a little bit more greeting and brought us to our table. We got menus and after a while she asked us about drinks she took our order for drinks and we were waiting that long we had to get up and ask were our drinks coming. Drinks came after that we ordered starter s the came after a long while waiting they were nice we were left with our starters plates with we were finished at least 45 minutes before they cleared now the Restaurant was not that Bisey .the male waiter was extremely rude from start to finish we were never asked once was every thing OKthe waiter and waitress were not very attentive .we spent 270 euros .which we were not happy with the service. We Won't Be goin back there again .the waiter...

The specialty here, in my opinion, is meat. We ordered hamburgers, and everything was well-prepared, most importantly for those with celiac disease, but ask the kitchen staff. Some waiters don't know anything about this, but the cooks do. The other drawback is that they can't operate the air conditioners in the back because it trips the circuit breaker.
