È Pazzo Italian Focaccias and Spritz — Restaurant in Valencia

Located in the heart of ruzafa, this is an ok place to come for a drink and something to eat. It used to be an Italian restaurant called “italiamo” and it could be the same owners but rebranded as a sandwich place. The prices are above the normal as you would expect in Ruzafa and they have a good selection of different focaccia sandwiches to choose from. Price per sandwich is 13 euros which could be seen as a bit higher than normal but you get a pretty substantial sandwich which is good. Service was fine and the overall atmosphere is what you would expect in this part of the neighbourhood....

We stumbled upon this gem by accident and couldn’t be happier that we did. The place is absolutely beautiful, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was outstanding – fresh, flavorful, and made with top-quality ingredients (we highly recommend the olives and focaccia sandwich). YOU HAVE TO COME HERE! The focaccias were absolutely insane—probably the best I’ve ever had (and I’ve traveled all over Italy). I went for the one with bresaola—so good. The staff and the chef were incredibly friendly; the quality goes beyond just the food. The chef even came to our table to help us choose and answer a few questions.
