We liked the shop in general as we mostly buy our clothes second hand. However, we had quite a bitter experience after all. When we entered, the lady at the shop said that everything had a 25% off the price that day. She explained that in some cases the new price was clearly marked on the price tag next to the old price, in other cases, if the discount price is not marked yet, she will make the discount. We picked a shirt and after we paid I realized that she didn't make the discount. I asked about it and she said that in the case of that shirt there was no discount. I told her that she said that there was a discount on everything. Then she said that because the shirt was from a specific brandy the discount did not apply. I speak native level Spanish so there was no language issue. We like the shirt, but I feel betrayed. STAY AWAY from this store. I bought jeans for 39€ and agreed to have them fixed at the store for 10€ and was promised they would be ready the next day. Paid on the spot the ENTIRE amount. It was later confrimed by the saleslady that sold me the jeans who wasn't there when I came to get them. After math: HUGE MISTAKE: They weren’t ready on time, and I was told I would get a text when they are. When I arrived a week later, they tried to charge me 15€ for repair. I told them it should be 10€ and forgot I already paid the price. In the end- they charged me twice for fixing.
