I choose the Restaurante El Infante, to try and enjoy the authentic Paella Valenciana. Besed on top rated restaurants in the area, and I found tye perfect place.

The atmosphere was warm and inviting, setting the stage for what turned out to be an amazing dining experience. The highlight of our meal was the truly exceptional paella, an authentic Valenciana dish cooked on the spot. The paella took about 30 minutes to be ready, which was perfect for its fresh and flavorful presentation. It featured tender chicken, which was slightly dry but nicely complemented by a squeeze of lemon on top.

We also enjoyed the paprika and honey hummus, served with thin, crunchy bread. This dish was a great starter, with its unique blend of flavors. The halloumi cheese, topped with tomato, avocado, and sweet potatoes, was another standout. Dipping the sweet potatoes into the hummus is a must for a total organic enjoyment, combining the freshness of the vegetables with the creamy texture of the hummus.

The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who added to the overall positive dining experience. Restaurante El Infante is definitely worth a visit for anyone looking to enjoy a mix of authentic and creative dishes with outstanding service. This restaurant truly offers an amazing dining...

Unfriendly, really bad service and way to expensive. We went there today for dinner. We had 3 tapas and a jar of sangria. The sangria was not good at all tasted like Don Simon... So I can't recommend it at all. The food was tasty but even for the city center to expensive for the amount and the quality you get. And the main reason for only one star is that the waiter chaised us away as soon as we finished our meal... That's unpolite and nothing I want to experience in my vacation

Thanks for your reply, but we were not the only people who got a bad treatment of the service. There were two other girls who wanted to have some drinks first and dinner later. The same waiter told them, if they are not ordering food right away they won't get served later...

So maybe it's your policy to copy a fast food restaurant or this one waiter does not know his Job. So my 1 star rating stands also because you are accusing me to be impolite. If you ask for feedback take it and work on it. And also never tell a customer that he is unpolite. That's an...

Busy bar-like, crowded, waiter station above our table and they dropped things on us, food okay

A very busy, apparently popular, crowded. Seemed more of a bar atmosphere than fine dining. Tables very close, some with large groups enjoying the sangria making it noisy. We were seated at a small table next to an old piano that was the station where waiters grabbed extra silverware and napkins frequently reaching over us. And dropped things on us with no apology. Not pleasant. As we got up to leave, we were putting on our coats next to the table and the staff reached over us to clear the table. RUDE.

On the other hand, the food was decent and the wine was good. Apps were good-camembert with fig jam, breaded fried shrimp were large crisp, the curry sauce was bland. The main course of Duck Confit with blueberry compote, grilled veggies and fried potatoes was hot, tasty, well-seasoned. As quickly as dishes came out it seemed the dishes were being prepared on a production line and...

It was a fine experience to dine here. We sat outdoors and were politely explained that it would take around 30min to make the paella. They make it fresh and we rather wait a little to eat fresh than heated. A bit on the pricey side yet worth a try. This was our first time trying the Paella Valencia. What a fine introduction to this old traditional dish. The grains were well cooked. The meat was well cooked. Meat around bones are the most moist and delicious. Next time, we want the tasty leg piece too ๐Ÿ˜ˆ๐Ÿ˜€ The taste was fantastic, the quantity was just good and overal delicious. There was no Socarrat and we didnโ€™t miss it. It was fine. The staff was kind and informed us well about the kitchen and their goal to serve fresh. The atmosphere is positive and enjoyable. We would definitely go back here!
