Burger King — Restaurant in Valencia

Ordered at 1:40pm, only got the order at 2:16pm. Saw the server place the burger and drink into a bag for take-out. He then attended to another customer, and the order was left sitting out in the bag for about 15 minutes. Customers who ordered after us were served and got their food before us. Approached the counter and asked about our order and they continued working on the order. When we finally got our order (after waiting another 7 minutes after approaching them), no apology whatsoever was given for the long wait (and for the burger that was left chilling out for a good 15 minutes). Staff were all clearly frustrated due to the lack of management as well.

Long story short, only go there to eat if you have at least an hour to spare and it is best to keep track of your own order (who was before you etc) as they would serve anyone who approaches them first instead of following the number system.

Update: Best place for a nice warm strawberry milk and possibly diarrhoea the next day (if you are into that), worst place to get a...

This is by far the worst BK I've ever been in. There seemed to be only one employee working. Eventually two more strolled down from upstairs (they were wearing BK shirts) but they didn't take any action to jump in and help. Food orders were behind. Several of the self-order machines were not working at payment time so people were lined up to pay and were being ignored. Trash was everywhere -- outside tables, all over the ground (and blowing away), inside on the floor, on the tables, and even on the chairs, and the trash bins were overflowing.

We had stopped for something to drink on our way to a show at the City of Arts and Sciences. When we arrived we had time to sit and have our drinks. We gave up on one order but did manage to get the other -- waited so long we had to take the drinks to go. There were no caps so instead we drank them in the parking lot while staring at all the garbage.

Whoever owns this one...

I rarely ever write negative reviews, but I felt the owner needs to know to fix the establishment. Visited Tuesday 4th October, at roughly 6pm. Absolutely shocking service and quality. Only one other customer was in there besides me, took 9 minutes just to be served (they were doing other things instead of taking my order, but had they taken my order they could have cooked onion rings/chips together instead of seperately for two different orders).

Despite the long wait, they still got my order wrong, to correct it, they half filled my box of chips then put more chips in the fryer to fill the rest, even though the first half would be cold by then. Onion rings were also tough, rubbery and over cooked.

Considering there was only one other customer in the restaurant, I can't believe how bad the food and service was. Avoid. The owner/manager clearly...
