Let’s start with the positive, the food looked like it did on the picture. Unfortunately, you can’t taste pictures as the taters and burgers were mediocre at best.

Rated it 1 star mainly because of the rude waiter. Firstly, it took a long time for them to attend to us at the door even though they were just laughing together. Secondly, they were all taking smoke brakes at the same time right in front of the restaurant. Thirdly, when we decided to leave a relatively low tip due to the mediocre food and the service that can be improved upon, the waiter asked if he understood us correctly and when we confirmed he scoffed and after that ignored us when we asked why he replied like this.

Wouldn’t recommend going here for the food and would even recommend to stay away for...

The reason we go out to eat is for food. The food here is not good. Just horrible quality. Big, yes. Cheap quality and frozen, yes. Expensive 100%. Waitress was lovely, but that is not why we spend money out. There are 50 better hamburger restaurants in Valencia. Don't waste your money here.

(Edit) tater tots are frozen. You don't make those fresh. Same for the potatoes. The sauce on the burger is from a jar and the meat was thin and tasteless....no seasoning. I love the concept you have and the staff was great...but the food was very disappointing. Best of luck and I hope my review helps you see ways to improve and keep your business going...

Hemos ido cuatro personas a probarla y nos ha encantado, pero no es perfecta. Pedimos las bebidas al principio y tardaron como 10 minutos en traerla, y porque me levante yo a preguntarles si nos las podían traer y la respuesta fue que las habían mandado con otro chico, después de eso las trajeron en seguida. Luego dos de nosotros pedimos entrantes y las hamburguesas, preguntamos si tenían “La Exclusive” y nos dijeron que no porque había que reservarla, el chico se fue a preguntar a la cocina y a las otras dos personas que iban con nosotros no les tomo nota hasta que volvió pasado un rato. Nos trajeron los primeros entrantes, las “Pulled Tots” y estaban riquísimas y tenían muchísima cantidad de ingredientes. Después nos trajeron los nachos y podemos decir que son los mejores que hemos probado nunca, desde el propio nacho hasta el guacamole, estaban riquísimos. También pedimos los “Tequeños” la ración de cuatro, en el que destaco el de plátano, que estaba espectacular. El punto fuerte son las hamburguesas: “La Cabrona” que estaba espectacular, una cantidad de queso impresionante y el nido crujiente que tiene en la base del pan le da un toque único; después pedimos dos “Chicken Pork” que estaban muy buenas, pero ahí está el otro problema que es que no tenían algunas cosas para poder añadirle de extra a la hamburguesa; por último, pedimos la “Baby Burger” con extra de queso de cabra que cuando vimos el tamaño que tenía alucinamos de lo grande que era, también muy buena. Y finalmente pedimos el postre “Freak Shake”, que está buenísimo y la presentación es espectacular, nunca había visto algo así. No le doy las 5 estrellas por lo que comenté de que nos tardaron bastante en traer las bebidas y tuvimos que levantarnos a pedírselas y porque habían algunas cosas que les pedías y decían que no les quedaban.
