To summarize: food is amazing but the service sucks.

I’ve been here three times. First time it was great, we sat outside, they served the food we ordered, and the food was delicious. Second time, no seating outside, I made a mental note to make a reservation for next time. We sat inside, get ready to sweat because inside there is no air conditioning. I asked if they could change the carbonara pasta to spaghetti. They said they could. They did not give me spaghetti they gave me a different type of pasta that looks like spaghetti but isn’t. (I was here three times with an Italian friend by the way) we went to the front to pay (because in typical Spain fashion they will take ages to come to you) and told the girl at the register that they did not give me spaghetti. She said “ah yea sorry we don’t have spaghetti here.” Third time, I made a reservation for a bar. On the website the only options are bar or salon. So you can’t make a reservation to sit outside. We arrive, they sit us inside, I ask for a table outside and they say they don’t have any. I tell them we are willing to wait. They say no because the people outside have a reservation. I ask them how they made it if there’s no option on the website to reserve outside. The server tells me they called. Okay fine. Then the server says “I don’t know who sat you here but I need you to move over there” pointing to another table. So we move again inside to another table. We order, another server gave the pizza that my friend was suppose to have to another table. I ate my dinner alone while my friend waited saying “this would never happen in Italy” lol and then when I finished they came and said “we have a terrace table available” and my friend and I said but we’re done it’s just one plate missing. One thing I can say: DONT GO, DONT GO, DONT GO! Me and my wife had read comments. Decided to go have dinner. We made reservation days in advance. One day prior I received email to confirm. I did. Arrived on time, at 8 pm. Restaurant was empty. Empty. I informed of the reservation at the door. Person took us to the corner of the restaurant. That was empty! To a small desk facing the wall! I’m not kidding! We were taken, to a small desk facing wall, in an empty restaurant where we had reservation! We were taken to the desk. We refused to stay there as we had reservation and it was all empty. One more person came to confirm that was our desk. And again we refused. We decided to leave.
