Hard Rock Cafe Valencia — Restaurant in Valencia

I only review when it's really good or really bad. This is my 2nd review. We went in here with my wife as a anniversary celebration of one year of living in Spain. We decided to go somewhere where it reminded us of more of our home back in Denver Colorado, rather than the typical Spanish "Tapas" places. Despite having lived most of our lives in the States, neither my wife nor I have ever eaten at The Hard Rock Cafe. Today seemed like a good day, a special moment..! And as soon as we entered we were welcomed by a beautiful scene of electric guitars and drums signed by the one and only, Black Sabbath. Our waitress, "Maria An" was an amazing host and provided us with all of the necessary information regarding food and drinks. She recommended the "Southern Rock" Drink which was devileshly delicious - Jack Daniels and Southern Comfort mixed with other sweet additions. We ordered the "Spring Rolls" which were okay, but what saved them was the sauce with which they were served with...it was heavenly! Anyway, my wife ordered the barbecue "Trio" which said, "fall of the bone meat" along with chicken and pulled pork, along with fries, beans, and "Citric Coleslaw" - I think was the name. I ordered the 8oz steak (medium rare)... with vegetables and for an extra 2.95€ I substituted the mashed potatoes for mac n cheese... my steak came back fully done. They redid it right away, (the service was impeccable) but when they brought both my wife's and my food to the table, we asked for a "to go box" 15 minutes later. Payed our bill, and then called over "Maria An" and voiced our concerns... She is such a sweet person - she praised the restaurant and said that it is a new restaurant (only 2 months old) and everyone is learning. The fries were dry as soon as they came to the table, and the ribs had enough meat on them to feed a mouse, which by the way, would require sharp teeth to chew off. I think it was frozen beforehand. My steak tasted as if the meat had been grown in a factory, nowhere near a cow - no salt and butter could save it. The "Twisted Mac n Cheese" side tasted as if the pasta was cooked and then Taco Bell cheese sauce was poured all over it. To be fair, the beans which came with the "Trio" plate were actually really good. Marie An directed us towards the manager, "Tatiana Sánchez" which was one of the best examples of customer service I have ever witnessed. She was kind enough to hear our concerns as well as offer many resolutions... To be honest, if the kitchen staff was as good as the restaurant staff, this would be a 5++ star restaurant here in Valencia - a city where people are waiting for something new, something unique... Tatiana offered for us to return to this restaurant later on, with a "full invitation" I honestly don't know what that is... but I would love to come back to this place, and feel like I'm back in the States...

If I could give them more than a 5 star review I would. We did our daughter's 10 year birthday celebration here and are very happy with the outcome. We are originally from Miami Fl and recently relocated to Valencia. We have frequented several HRC in the states and this one did not disappoint and met up to its reputation. Lila, the event coordinator was efficient and very communicative which helped make the event a success. We were greeted by Concha who also made our experience favorable. The food was incredible and the staff was very attentive. Our favorite plates were the Hickory Smoked BBQ ribs and the Legendary Burger. I was also very impressed with their organization in complying with Covid regulations like safe distancing and overall cleanliness of the place. They even took care of the entertainment and Ruben, the animator, was a huge success! My daughter loved her bday celebration. Thank you to HRC Valencia for making it memorable, we will be back!

Si pudiera darles más de una reseña de 5 estrellas, lo haría. Hicimos la celebración del cumpleaños de 10 años de nuestra hija aquí y estamos muy contentos con el resultado. Somos originarios de Miami Fl y recientemente nos mudamos a Valencia. Hemos frecuentado varios HRC en los estados y éste no defraudó y cumplió con su reputación. Lila, la coordinadora del evento fue eficiente y muy comunicativa, lo que ayudó a que el evento fuera un éxito. Fuimos recibidos por Concha quien también hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera favorable. La comida era increíble y el personal muy atento. Nuestros platos favoritos fueron las costillas BBQ ahumadas de Hickory y la hamburguesa legendaria. También me impresionó mucho que su organización cumpliera con las regulaciones de Covid como distanciamiento seguro y limpieza general del lugar. ¡Incluso se encargaron del entretenimiento y Ruben, el animador, fue un gran éxito! A mi hija le encantó la celebración de su cumpleaños. Gracias a HRC Valencia por hacerlo memorable,...

Hard Rock Cafe in Valencia is a wonderful experience. First of all, I was told that they have some days with live bands. So I'll try to catch that some other day. The location is so nice. And the design is wonderful. The playlist of the music on the screens is also great. When you enter Hard Rock Cafe in Valencia, you feel yourself in North America. The hosts; Ms. Anahi and Mr. Jade, were very friendly and professional. They spoke in English, and Ms. Anahi convinced me to enter offering 10% discount as a promotion that i've never heard about before. I got the mentioned  promotion because -by a chance - I was wearing a (Hard Rock Cafe) polo shirt. The waiter who took care of me, Mr. Zoltan, was also very professional and friendly. We chatted about some staff while ordering. He spoke in English, and the food came just the way I wanted it. A very special thanks to Mr. Zoltan, and I wish him all the best. Of course, the food was very delicious. In the end, I would like to thank also, Ms. Marta and Ms. Cezara from the management team who made sure that everything was excellent at the end. Big thanks to the Hard Rock Cafe (Valencia) team; hosts, waiters, waitresses, management, and staff. Hard Rock Cafe is very recommended when you are in Valencia.

*My post was a couple of months ago. Today, I went again (19 July 2025) ! What a wonderful hostess; Ms. Khadija. Very professional, very friendly & very educated. Thanks for the management for hiring such wonderful professional people. And of course, biiig thanks to...
