Kaisen Experience - Centro Valencia — Restaurant in Valencia

Everything is perfect here. The ambience, the quality of the food and their service. I went to Kaisen at Heron City for their buffet, it was great and I was so excited to know they opened a Kaisen Express here in the middle of the city centre. So, I tried it with my friend today. We like the idea of the plate where we can choose our protein, salad and also the carbohydrates. The quality and presentation of the food are really good. We also noticed that the way they cook is really healthy with lesser oil compared to other restaurants. The grill chicken and the beef is done with perfection. The salad is so fresh and the gyoza is yummy too. We also tried 2 pieces of sushi and 2 pieces of ebi tempura. It was really good too. Not sure why other reviews said the portion is small, to us the portion is just nice and the price is reasonable. We will be back again to try their ramen. All their staffs are very kind and polite. We like the ordering machine too. It's so convenient for everyone. Hopefully Kaisen Express will do really well. Please maintain the quality of the food, we really loved it! 100% recommended without a doubt 👍🏻👍🏻 Update after 3 months : I still come to Kaisen Express with my friends and family quite frequently. 🍣✨ Reseña real – Buffet de Sushi (no pagada, solo mi experiencia) ✨🍣

Fuimos a este buffet con ganas de comer bien y la verdad es que superó nuestras expectativas. Todo lo que probamos estaba muy bien elaborado y con un sabor increíble. Aquí va mi experiencia, plato por plato:

🍣 Rolls: En general, muy buenos. Tienen poco arroz (¡gracias!), lo cual permite disfrutar más el relleno. Estaban bien armados y sabrosos. Mención especial para los Black California y Feel Good con fresas, que fueron un puntazo dulce y diferente.

🍣 Nigiris: Se deshacían en la boca, literalmente. Probé el de atún, anguila, gamba y salmón flambeado… y todos estaban de 10. Muy buena calidad del pescado y del arroz.

🥑🐟 Tartares: Estaban deliciosos. Se sentían todos los sabores y combinaban perfectamente el aguacate con el salmón. Una mezcla suave, fresca y llena de matices. 10 de 10.

🍗 Pollo al limón: Tierno, jugoso y con una salsa de limón suave pero sabrosa. Sorprendió para bien.

🦐 Gambas rebozadas: ¡Las mejores que he comido en Valencia! No estaban duras ni aceitosas, sino tiernas y con un rebozado crujiente y ligero. La salsa que las acompaña le da el toque perfecto.

🍱 Sashimi: De lo mejor del local. Cortes limpios, buen tamaño de porción y pescado fresco. Solo permiten 2 raciones por mesa de cada tipo, pero sinceramente, con eso basta para disfrutarlo.

🍨 Postres: Muy buena variedad. Yo pedí un helado de ron con pasas que estaba espectacular. Se nota que no es el típico postre genérico de buffet.

🧼 Local y ambiente: El sitio es muy bonito, bien decorado, limpio y ordenado. Se nota el cuidado en los detalles. Es verdad que el lugar es algo pequeño, pero entendible por la ubicación.

🚻 Baños: Súper limpios, modernos y mejor que en la mayoría de restaurantes a los que he ido.

🙌 Atención al cliente: Un 10 rotundo. Los camareros siempre con una sonrisa, súper atentos y rápidos. Nos retiraban los platos al momento y nunca pusieron un solo problema. Da gusto cuando te tratan con tanta profesionalidad y amabilidad.

💸 Relación calidad-precio: Excelente. Por todo lo que comimos y cómo estaba preparado, vale totalmente la pena. Sin duda volveremos. Ojalá mantengan esta calidad siempre, porque el sitio tiene muchísimo potencial.

⭐ Puntuación personal: 9/10 ¡Altamente recomendado para los amantes del buen sushi y de la comida...
