Everything is perfect except "the giving you a small tiny piece of paper on the table to scan their menu". I know I'm losing the battle but can't upscale F&B realise how annoying it is for the "older" generation to scan QR code when old folks eyes are failing them but we're very keen to spend? Also it simply hinders me from ordering more. I can't be bothered to scan and just go for degustation menu. Drinks? Similarly, I do not have the patience to run through my phone to find their sake, I told owner just 2 glass of cava to start. If they have excellent champagne, I would have order so thanks to QR code made me spend less. The degustation menu at EU 55 per person is very good value for money. We were surprised the last course dessert the chef made effort on it. Most degustation Japanese menu last course is just a scope of ice cream. The sushi is not fantastic but overall for this price, I find it great especially on the presentation. Restroom is very clean = LOVE! Degustation took ~ 2hrs. So get ready to...

If you want to be pleasantly surprised every time you visit a restaurant, go to Kibō regularly. I can't remember how many times I've gone and I'm never tired bec there's always something new to try!

This time we had the meat gyosa so rich in flavor and texture, wagyu sushi literally melts in your mouth, seabass is also perfectly cooked and the passion fruit dessert is an adventure in itself. Their chocolate dessert is another must try! We would order both if we had space! The duck bao and the makis are amazing as usual.

The owners are always personally there to make sure you have a 5* experience.

Atmosphere is very classy. Perfect for intimate dates, dining with friends or lunch with family.

Honestly, this restaurant is better than many Michelin restaurants in the city. The quality of experience is up there, and really good...

A Culinary Surprise in Valencia!

During our stay in Valencia, we dined at restaurant Kibo, and what a fantastic experience it was! We chose the tasting menu and were surprised from start to finish with original, flavorful dishes, each one prepared with great care.

What makes Kibo truly special is the use of local vegetables, beautifully showcased in their refined cuisine. Every dish was a harmony of flavors and colors, it's clear that true professionals are at work in the kitchen.

The service also deserves special praise: extremely friendly, attentive, and thoughtful. They made us feel truly welcome.

In short, Kibo is a must-visit for anyone who loves good food, warm hospitality, and surprising combinations. We’ll definitely come back on our next trip...

Kibo is without a doubt the best sushi restaurant in Valencia. The food is exceptional – incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. During our two-week stay, we came here twice because it was simply too good to miss. The sushi rice, fish, and seaweed are as fresh as it gets. The service is warm, attentive, and makes the whole experience truly special. Everyone is welcoming and kind, and the owner has a heart of gold that instantly makes you feel at home. Honestly, the prices are far too low for the quality and experience you receive here. Thank you so much for everything – we’ll recommend Kibo to everyone and can’t wait to return ourselves! Once again, greetings from the Netherlands, Alvero – from the couple with the birthday boy. See you soon!!
